Well, kinda difficult to understand this one. According to the votes history, he has not created any in the past 3 weeks.
However, I think before his share issue, he created the shares (2 batches, of 1000 and 14,000), and this was a 1 day vote that succeeded. All I can assume, is that he hasn't clicked to deliver the shares after the votes completed back then.
Completes it now, and we have the shares in play.
So I think it may have just been accidental, but not sure on the next step now. Realistically, he should be giving us existing shareholders those new shares in an even split based on how many we currently own, but obviously this is near impossible due to him not being able to accurately depict who does/doesn't have shares.
I guess the only option is to sell out the new shares, and hope he can still turn his profits. Knowing Rawcola, he probably doesn't even understand what he has done, so I don't think this is any kind of coverup. Either that, or a very smart one

Well now that share owners can actually be seen, he needs to divide those 15k shares between those existing shareholders, or increase the dividend payout to compensate for those in his corporate/personal wallet.
Explaining this to him in-game, is a different story.

We don't attempt to understand these things, we just accept them.
rawcola is a 1 in a million character. Most people who invest in him, do so due to his individuality, personality, confidence, enthusiasm and fresh approach to Eve Online. Frankly we don't care if he pays dividends or not.
I personally hold around 350m worth of RRRRT shares (about 40% of the corporation) and wouldn't sell them no matter what the outcome of the corp.
