So I have been playing eve for quite some time decent skills and pvp, made a lot of isk and now me and a few friends will form a 4 BS gang and roam for a bit.
The idea is to have 4 of the most expensive ships available as well as models.
to make it short here are the details
2 Gall chars with 2.5 BIl each as a budget
1 Caldari with 3 Bill budget
And one Ammar with 3 bill budget
+3 guys that will provide EW support
so any ideas based on the above?

Well I know for the Gallente pilots you want a Vindicator...not sure of the setup but I am guessing lots and lots of faction items.

Actually I'd just use regular bs and modules, you'll keep going much longer and have WAY more fun if you can replace your stuff easily. After all you and your mates will benefit from experience and knowing how you each work in combat more than you will expensive ships!

Ah but we have been doing that for a very long time, normal ships are great and to be honest some of us will leave for Real life issue ônot really leave but will stop playing for a year or soö and we want to go down in an expensive blaze of glory

1 blaster(or rail)rokh.
1 abaddon...Mega beam fitted...
The reason being is...well...thats atleast 2500dps

1 Officer-jammer-fitted scorp
1 Core x- tanked Navypoc (bait)
Send in the navypoc, let it absorb damage until everybody is aggroed, then send in the scorp to jam everything. 2 vindi's jump in with dronebays full of armor maint drones, and give the navypoc repping support if needed. All 4 pummel on a primary (should be about 3500 dps out of these) and laugh

Could you say what kind of EW those 3 guys can field? Can they fly recons? What race? etc...

Maybe go 2 vindicators 1 nightmare 1 rattlesnake
vindicators and nightmare with full slaveset .
rattlesnake with crystalset .
send in nightmare as bait as most ppl think they crap (but it can have ****load of hp) let ppl agrress jump in kill everything

I'd lean towards:
2 x Active tanked Siege Raven (Noticed your budgets... CNRs then. Also, these ships would have shield maintainence bots to look after themselves and the Recons)
1 x Lachesis
1 x Rook
Lachesis damps everything equally, Rook jams them all in turn so they spend most of the fight locking rather than fighting. And Ravens can put out alot of damage while still tanking well, which the Megathron can't really do.

1 CNR, low end faction fitted, maybe a high end booster.

Since you already have huginn/rook and also a dictor...
The amarr pilot most likely should fly an absolution with mindlink and armor resistance mod.
Two navythrons probably + slaves with a remote rep each and repair drones.
Can't really come up with anything for the caldari pilot atm, except EW.

Just tell everybody that you are going to roam in facction battleships with faction modules and tell them the system, but keep waiting in a nyx to have your final fun.

if you have a cyno alt and some bait in a pretty populated system, 4 carriers, youll be able to cause alot more damage/isk ratio, the only trouble will be getting places, and also you wont be such prime targets as a faction BS isnt Blob proof, and thats whats gonna happen when some gang of 15-20 BS/cbc's scout finds you :D

all faction and officer
tore through a carrier like tissue paper.
isk is nopt the factor with these ships. its the way you fly them and the targets you pick. you can spend 10 bil on a machariel or vindicator have all deadspace mods with 90+ resists and 20k armor and still get raped by an astarte solo. the pilot determins the ships fate not the gang not the mods just the pilot. one wrong move and you can say goodbye....trust me i know.
