Ok, found and read the Goon orders and I only have a couple of question:
1. What does "*snip*" mean? 2. Is it something Goons often do when they "chillax" in internet games?
Even if the Goons take over all of the universe they will never get their filthy little hands on the secret kladdkaka recepie

Strange post tbh.
I've seen BOB do a lot of things in the past three years.
Steal pos with alt character and use it to invade JU-OWQ.
Borrow ships from me and not pay the isk (bella fea-over 2 years ago).
Share accounts so that 'supercaps' operate 24/7.
But I've never seen them cry on the forums before....

Fixed it for you Sir.
Some people like the epeen factor that comes from kill board stats and some people do it because of the adrenaline.
I doubt everyone is out there to cause the maximum amount of suffering.
I personally could care less if the dude I just podded had a full snake set and about to smash his wide screen TFT in frustration, I do it for the rush. But I guess there are plenty of people who get a hard-on from the words podding, snake and set.

What does it really matter?
So what if Goonswarm are trying to destroy Eve? If they don't succeed then Band of Brothers will, so ultimately it doesn't make a blind bit of difference.
I'm sick of the constant stream of puerile propaganda dreamed up by 14 year olds, it's like living in a god damned schoolyard. It never ends.
The two alliances are more alike than either want to admit. Both have talented artists that are prepared to spend the time to dream up new pictures that only themselves find funny. Both are now so entrenched in their weird ideas that you actually need to be one, or aspire to be one, in order to fully appreciate the unique flavour of crap they spew.
Ban them both for christs sake.
If the point of this thread is to be the cue for a group of shining knights in armour to come riding over the horizon and save the day, by god are we going to be waiting a hell of a long time.

Oh my, splitting hairs now are we? No, I do not let pods fly away since removing hostiles from local is a necessity in 0.0.
I think it is kinda pointless to argue about this, you won't convince me that I pvp to cause suffering and I won't convince you that I'm not.

Go kill noobships on the test server then. The bigger the ship kill - the more fun you get from it, or should I say... pleasure :)
Or might I even add that the more EXPENSIVE the ship killed is the more pleasure you get from killing it. I see thousands of comments when there is a faction ship killed, and I kinda see none when some xelas isk farmer dies in a raven, which is kinda a routine thing down in fountain. -

Actually, smack is the exact reason why I love being in fountain, it is very entertaining to have people like Farscape wear away their fingertips on the keyboard taunting people on local. It provides endless entertainment in lull hours.
Yes, smack does work on most people of course.

Saying that he wants to make their enemies miserable is perfectly reasonable, I'm sure Molle doesn't want the goons to be happy either...
And as for destroying eve, he's either joking, or the latest incident has pushed him over the edge. Either way I don't see anything wrong with that.
Do you play chess because you enjoy seeing your opponent suffer?
Do you play blackjack because you enjoy seeing the dealer suffer?
Do you watch football, icehockey or any competitive sports because you enjoy seeing losers suffer?
I doubt it. There's a big difference between enjoying winning and enjoying the suffering of others. One can be extremely competitive and cruel in terms of achieving game goals and still have no malice toward one's competitors.
The goals within a game environment dictate what means are neccessary or possible to be employed in reaching them, be it scoring goals, points or home runs or conquering sovereignty, inflicting monetary damage or building a supercapital. To reach these goals, it is neccessary to cause suffering to others, but that suffering is not the goal.
Saying it is is like saying that football is about causing your opponent injuries and enjoying it. Anyone who would say that would instantly make a fool out of themselves. No, football is about displaying skill and teamwork. No player's goal is to get other players to quit football. Such players should only quit themselves. EVE is no different: you can have fierce battles, tests of might if you will, and come out with mutual respect whether you won or lost.
I can not verify the authenticity of the provided quotes in the OP, but I sincerely hope that it's not true. But if it is, goon members should rise above it and seek a coup d'etat or resign.
The above is my personal opinion, and not in my capacity as a representative of the MC.

The game will pretty much be destroyed after this war is over, no matter who wins. All of 0.0 being + to each other pumping out supercapitals that will give them an untouchable edge over any alliances coming from NPC space or empire.

So...like when he flips the board and stomps off because you beat him so badly, you don't smile???
Quote: Do you play blackjack because you enjoy seeing the dealer suffer?
The house doesn't lose money, so unless the pitbosses are superstitious ******s the dealer loses nothing when you win. In fact he may make more money than normal because you're more likely to tip him.
Quote: Do you watch football, icehockey or any competitive sports because you enjoy seeing losers suffer?
This seems like a poor example since hockey players are often known to beat the crap out of each other. Regardless, I don't care who wins in spectator sports, because the spectators generally have zero impact on the outcome, which is why I really don't enjoy watching sports.
Quote: I doubt it. There's a big difference between enjoying winning and enjoying the suffering of others. One can be extremely competitive and cruel in terms of achieving game goals and still have no malice toward one's competitors.
That depends on the opponent.

Who cares? Causing suffering is better, whether you do it for monetary destruction, for loss of morale, or just for fun.

Most people don't like to inflict real lasting injuries on their competitors, but I can think of a great number of people who would enjoy seeing their rivals limp off the field in pain. That doesn't mean you won't respect the best players on a team, or in a game, but seeing them suffer in some trivial way is usually rewarding for most people, like it or not.

Goons don't take the game as seriously as you, and as such, they can have fun, while joking about things that others may find offensive.

Runing the game by hacking and spamming forum like raving lunatics and disrupting the gaming service for ppl who aint even part of this whole thing is not grieging it is simply low act from a bunch of losers.
Yeah but there was a valid reason for the spam. It's only the second time it's been done and seems to be the one way to stop CCP(ISD) from deleting everything pertaining to a given subject.
However. The tone of the post detailed in the OP, especially when he's in charge of a few thousand Eve players, is not something i think this game needs.

Wait, are you serious? Are these the same goons that brag about their black ops, massive spying and griefing operations, and DDOS entire forums just to prove a point?
The irony is that Goonswarm, the same alliance that constantly whines about EVE being a "game of internet spaceships," takes EVE far more seriously than any other alliance in the game by an order of magnitude.
