I can only say: "it¦s a fustrating experience to NPCing in 0.0 space"
Imagine your are NPCing in a -1.0 sys and you get about 15M per hour! You think that¦s because I¦m not farming well or doing something wrong? Probably I¦m making something wrong, I¦m playing EVE-online for over 3 years now.
There is no reason to be in 0.0 space atm dudes, stay in Empire make your mission (good ones you got 50M ISK in 45-60 minutes).
OK, you think there is other good possibilities to make ISK in 0.0. Let¦s see:
-Exploration, great idea, but in reality it doesnt work as you think, making calculations your got atm about 10M per hour (if you calculate time you are searching for some deep-space plexes and bountys you get, ridiculous belive me)
-Mining, nice idea but it¦s more fustration than fun, I got a top-skilled industrial alt (exhumer L5) and more than 15M per hour is not possible, look mineral prices in Empire, calculate fuel you need for a POS, time for refining, or fee in a OutPost.
-Plexes, ahhhhhhhh right, that things that Red Alliance are looking for, for sell ISK for real money in a few sites and CCP is doing nothing (probably they got an agreement with RA...LOL), forget it m8¦s plexes are normaly Alliance capital for making ISK for POSs, OutPosts, more Capital-Ships etc...etc... and that¦s right that way, running an Alliance cost a lot of ISK. Plexes in 0.0 space are not for personal ISK acomulation.
Resuming, CCP are doing well to put more pilots in Empire, helping a few hungry Russians making real money with ISK in very knowen sites in your local INTERNET ;) and fustrating old players that try to organize comunitys.
GoGoGo CCP, make yourselfs lucky and f*** up EVE.
PS: WhiteWolf think about a merge of CCP, EVE is just over 4 years in the market. It¦s a old "car".

Level 4 missions are harder, require better equipment and certainly do not net 50 M per mission. And you pretty much need a Raven, fully fitted with T2/Faction stuff to do them easily.
Whereas in 0.0 I can use a cruiser or battlecruiser and take on pretty much any spawn with ease. They are much cheaper to replace and generally quicker and less of a target than a BS.
