The time has come for Veto Corp to open our doors again in an effort strengthen the US timezone side of the corp, as such we will only be accepting applications from timezones off European Time.
Let me explain Veto, our motives and exactly what it is we do.
Veto Corporate Description :
We are an outlaw Pirate and Mercenary corporation, our sole role in Eve being PvP based.
We will not be part of any alliance other than our own two corp outfit, and we have minimum standings to ensure that as many people as possible are valid targets or clients.
Our main focus is not to "blob", but to run in fast moving, highly skilled small strike groups.
What Veto Corp Can Offer You :
> Piracy and Ransoming opportunities.
> Mercenary Contracting.
> Experienced members with solid PvP knowledge.
> A close knit group of dedicated players.
> The rest of Eve as potential targets.
> A smacktalk free, enjoyable game experience.
> Fast paced, no strings attached PvP.
> Support from the corporation if times get tough.
> A permanant home in Eve should you choose to accept it.
> A corporate environment like no other.
What We Look For In Applicants :
All applicants should remember that this is a PvP corporation, meaning that you will be expected to fight, and in most cases initiate agression.
Here are the qualities we're looking for in applicants :
> Experienced combat pilots.
> Disregard for Security Status, You will eventually end up -10.
> US timezone.
> Fully self sufficient.
> A working Ventrilo Client and the use of a working microphone.
> A good knowledge of PvP and game mechanics.
> The ability to follow instructions over voice comms.
> The ability to work as part of a team, which may include sometimes flying in a support or tackling role.
> A good level of player activity and playtime.
> The knowledge and skills to effectively fit your ships.
There is a 20 million Skillpoint minimum requirement for applicants.
We seek specialised pilots ideally with specific classes and races trained to maximise their abilities in certain roles.
We will consider accepting applicants with lower than 20 million skillpoints providing they show the correct attitude, have good skillpoint distribution and knowledge and a willingness to learn, or teach.
Academy Applicants :
When recruiting academy applicants we are somewhat more leniant with skill and experience requirements, however we do still expect a high standard of application and attitude before we select potential rookie recruits.

> A base knowledge of PvP and game mechanics.

> The will, and drive to learn and be tought.
> A good level of player activity and playtime.
> The skills to effectively fit your ships.
For the Academy I will set a 5 million Skillpoint minimum requirement for applicants, and by this we mean PVP skillpoints, not 3 million in learning.
