Lentia	Posted - 2004.01.09 20:14:00 - [1] Last night (PST) the combined forces of moo, cow, and sim invaded fountain. Their battle force numbered between 25-30 ships! Oh woe is me, did the night seem dark for Fountain! However, the good citizens of Fountain who wish only to live thier lives in peace and prosperity took up arms to protect their homeland from the evil invaders. Every fighter, miner, hauler, builder and refiner scrambled to find any ship they could to die and fight with honor for the land they call home. Even noteable die hards such as Species who long ago called Fountain his home returned to join in the protection effort. But is was all for naught. The Evil-Animal coalition quickly backed off and ran without much of a fight. Long we waited for thier return but there was no sight or sound of them. Oh sure occasionally one would appear on our radar now and then but would quickly leave as cleary the strength of our resolve was too much for them. LET THIS BE A WARNING TO ALL WHO SEEK TO DESTROY THE CIVILTY THAT IS FOUNTAIN. YOU SHALL NOT TAKE FOUNTAIN, NOW OR EVER! Fact 3 : We are not invading fountain. Fact 4 : We did not run away, in fact we made FA forces back down 2 systems when we fought them. Fact 5 : We won the fight and then went to restock our ammo. You warped away, I was impressed that you actually warped to us, but you did turn and leave due to the incredible lag. Due to the lag I was not happy, because we did not get to have fun. WE are not bragging about anything, not saying we won a fight that did not happen, but omni, make sure you get your facts straight. We made the choice to bump up 2 systems, then moved back when it was clear. ZERO m0o/c0w were in the system when we left. It was more like a mexican standoff, then you came in 100km, launched 100 missiles while we launched missiles. No one was hurt.

Just because we are CA does not mean we have to sit around fighting Evol/SA/CC all the time. FA are our sworn enemies and our Corp. Wars we have against us are all you need to look at to figure it out. HHI, FIV, and several other large FA corps didn't declare war on us "just because" they had nothing better to do. The vile corp thieves HHI and the treacherous FA corps that protect them will never, ever see an end to our grudge. At some point your HQ system will be over-run and renamed SIM-CITY... so start paacking your bags now perhaps... And btw, good job m0o.
