Goonfleet was run as a business, first and foremost, and lacks the financial grounding to sustain a long and bitter legal case with a small Icelandic MMO developer. We understand this is quite disappointing to our allies, who we thank for their help and friendship in the last months. Also thanks to Band of Brothers for bringing the good fight.
