Goonswarm has lost their CEO and chief intellegence officer due to recent events that will not be discussed here. The leadership void was bravely filled by Nate Hammertown, who although lacks any experience has a ton of heart. Can heart alone keep Goonswarm together? Can they over come these problems to continue to be one of the largest factors in 0.0 space?
I for one think yes, because Goonfleet was never about serious business, it was about fun. With the end of the Mittani/Remedial era, and the beginning of the Nate Hammertown era Goons will return to fun. Op attendance will improve and some serious death will be delt (Get ready for the first 1000 man gang CCP, hope your servers can take it  ). I for one look forward to this new Goonswarm.
So what are your thoughts on Goonswarm's leadership void, the new choice of CEO, and the future of Goonswarm in general? Please keep your flames out of this thread.

To all the Goon haters out there.
Come on guys give them a breakà Poor guys. Their war is going badly for them. TheyÆve lost two leaders in as many weeks. TheyÆve seen their war bond contributions disappear into thin air! Their 40 Bn Titan fund has probably disappeared, and on top of that, their honest attempt to make this game better for us all, failed miserably, (OK so it wasnÆt completely legitimate but they did have our best interests at heartà really).
Now those wicked people at CCP are threatening legal action so who knows whether they will even have a home to go to where they can have all those harmless fireside chats with their friends about male hen cigarette-ing, pubes(sp?) and the best way to fofofo.
Adopt a Goon today.. Send me 50 isk per month and we will send you the name of a hapless Goon that you can befriend and console in their time of need.
