I currently have a raven with the following fitted...
6x XT9000 cruise launchers 2x e500 heavy nos
X-large shield boost II shield boost amp 2x active shield tank (tech II) 2x passive shield tank (tech II)
3x PDU II 2x BCS II
Rigs: Just one cap recharge
Now with this current set up I have 3.50 CPU remaining. I think this is thanks to the XT9000 using much less CPU than any other cruise launcher. Unfortunately I can't really have torps, but that doesn't matter too much. I mainly tank with this ship for lvl4's but I'd like to add more rigs. The increased missile damage rig means all launchers use more CPU, so I was thinking of taking off a PDU II and put on a tech II cpu enhancer and that might mean I will be able to fit a tech II shield boost amp too (when and if I get shield management V). But losing a PDU II means I lose lots of nice shield and cap goodness.
I also looked at the shield rigs, but I was hoping for one which would increase boost amount - but sadly there isn't So then I thought maybe fitting the one which means boosters use less cap, but I couldn't decide if 'Core Defence Capacitor Sa***uard' or the 'Core Defence Charge Economizer' did this. And is it worth putting on shield rigs which give more sig radius for a tanking ship?
sorry about the long post but there are so many different ways of fitting ships! If anyone has one fully fitted or anyone who just wants to add any notes, all feedback is appreciated
thanks

In my experience, fitting 3 ccc rigs is really the best way to go when rigging a mission raven. Your problem with fitting is skill related, so until you get your basics and a few others like advanced weapons upgrades trained to at least level 4, you will find you have to gimp your setup to fit different weapons.
Stick with what you have and train, train, train. Other than the absolute hardest level 4 missions you should be fine, and even then you can probably do the hardest, just slower than you might want.
