I'm comparing the Viator and the Iteron V in EveMon and have no idea what "Ion Propulsion Strength" actually means?
There are 3 other types of propulsion strength listed as well:
- Fusion
- Magpulse
- Plasma
Anyone have answers

It used to be that webs had to deal with propulsion strength or something. So a Frig can't web a battleship as well as it can another frig, I think. Or something of that sort. Each race had it's own propulsion type, and I think there were some sort of racial engine disruptors.

Actually it was never implemented to the game, but that was the general idea. The stat is simply left over when it was considered.

I wish they would take a look at this again, it really makes a fair bit of sense.

if I'm correct, this stat has been removed from the "show info" page of ships

This is the correct answer if I remember correctly. Though it never came into "being". Much like a lot of the odd things you see on your ships that do nothing.
