i think you forgot to tell us he's been kicked from the ingame ccp corporation at least
why are you not revealing the results of that investigation but instead **** around with words to make a couple of paragraphs, meant to convince people of something i'm not quite sure of what exactly, appear out of thin air?

to all the haters once more with feeling, ccp admiral charmander has been in a blank corporation instead of ccp since yesterday.

and doesn't that quite effectively null any use publicising these "investigations" might have had in the first place if it's illegal for them to tell the results of their investigating unless the verdict is "not guilty".
does this mean they broke the law in the t20 case, or was that different because he folded and confessed(did he?)?

since you guys are still arguing the semantics of "did something happen" and "so what you can't prove something happened anyway" like in the 200+ pages of threads before this, let me try again.
quoting these for this page too as i'm not quite sure what it means that even though ccp is innocent as charged the one at blame in one of these incidents has apparently lost his job ^_^
could someone explain me?

no way, i couldn't photoshop my way out of a paper bag. i trolled him via evemail and he happened to respond, and hence i can show info him from the evemail interface while it's not possible to find him via the character search.
that means he's deleted indeed. that means he's either quit or been fired. like any good business, they say if this level of transparency isn't enough, we might as well quit.
i don't think they could lower that level much further when all this thread's msn "investigation" seems to be is a smoke screen - once again.

just chiming in to ask: were you there to see it? the general public's impression of that 15 minute session seem to be quite bloated.
there were "no more" than maybe 200 +-50 threads made about it, with some people making one or two threads, and some five or six. 1000+ goons, right?
well, maybe the ****ty player-run isd shouldn't have deleted the two initial smash alliance member's threads and the third official goonswarm one.
an attack was planned? hell i don't know, i never thought of it like that while i posted my two threads, and i don't think anyone else did either - that day was when kugutsumen gave away the info, and encouraged by that, ds1 disclosed their doubts about sharkbait's honesty. we discussed it a couple of hours on goonfleet forums until mittani told us he'd verified the local chat and isd irc, after which the directorate started crafting an official thread about it - which was deleted with incredible speed.
i don't know how you can call a couple hundred threads a ddos, as however their deleting is a chore, it's only a marginal one, and it in no way denies the use of these forums in a way that the term ddos implies. a forum invasion maybe.
(i know you didn't mention ddos but a lot of other people have. not that anyone discussing this matter hasn't decided on their opinion about it before even opening the first thread - just wanted to clear up what i think happened then)
