When it comes to recruitment at Eve Defence Force, our vision is simple; we want to be the most talent-rich corporation in Eve.
To do this, our strategy is to recruit a diverse and brilliant set of people, create the opportunities and enviroment for them to thrive and achieve as much as they possibly can and then reward them for doing so.
Formed almost four years ago, Eve Defence Force is a Military-Industrial Conglomerate concentrating on the areas of R&D, Mining, Manufacturing and Security with additional divisions in Sales and Logistics.
Corporate Security Division
The Corporate Security Division is divided into two areas. Defence and Offence. The Defensive side is made up of Ratters. In return for access to the best NPCs and the loot they carry, we ask only three things:
1. Allow the corp's R&D Division to salvage your wrecks.
2. Occasionally tank a Mining Op.
3. Defend our space from hostiles.
The other side of the Corporate Security Division is our offensive Legions. This is about being a professional Combat pilot; about being the best. Going out and putting our competitors and enemies out of business - permenantly. You'll be expected to operate for extended periods on daily PvP operations. We want you to specialise along your prefered combat style in your prefered combat ship - anything from a Frigate to a Dreadnaught. In short, don't apply to this Division unless you're deadly serious about PvP.
Advanced Research & Engineering Division - ARED (R&D)
Invention and Capital Ship construction is what this is about. To join we don't expect you to sit there day in day out building but we do expect you to have good Research and Manufacturing skills to maximise the amount of jobs you have on the go. Since this Division is based in Empire, members are usually Agent Runners. One other thing you'll be expected to have is R&D agents to supply the corp with the Datacores we need. Rest of the time is yours to spend how you will.
Material Acquisiton and Resource Collection - MARC
An entire Division dedicated to Mining. Ore Mining, Ice Mining, Gas Cloud Mining or Moon Mining, if it can be mined, it falls under MARC's remit. Pilots of this division are expected to be able to pilot a Retreiver. We offer you access to high end ores with a choice between credits to pruchase what you want from our shop, ISK or a mixture of both. We operate team based and pooled ops, depending upon the circumstances. Whilst Ops are generally paid for, we do expect one weekend in every six to be conducted for free. The minerals gained from such ops are then used to supply the ships needed in our ship replacement scheme that operates across all of the Divisions.
General Requirements
- Been in a pervious corp.
- Played Eve for six months minimum.
- Have a good understanding of spoken English (We use TS).
- Be prepared to use Teamspeak (at least listen)
- Be a team player.

HI JOHN im looking to carebear in your corp i know by reading your statement that your corp is very carebearish due to uber pwnage of mining laser II personally im a bad ass space pirate with uber mind powers and want to make carebears perrish with my uber mind powers did i mension your carebears?

In addition to Ysidies comment - does a "pervious" corp require us to prove that we're morally bankrupt, or is it more to do with having been in a "previous" corp like I thought?
