 Ok lets just establish something
Since you guys left Heimetar -
Apart from one small op up north where we came to help you out(you can dress it up all you like thats what we did) along with Flashman and RA- we have never been Blue with you guys in the 7 months i have been in M34N corp - and the only time we have been negotiating with people in that manner was for that instance- now if you lost a ship in heimetar whilst Laneth achmetha etc were negotiating thats just the luck of the draw(perhaps the rest of our corp werent aware of the negotiations this is just a matter of timeframes- we would not send out a mail saying dont shoot a corp as we are negotiating standings to them untill its agreed its pointless and causes confusion the guys on that km probably had no knowledge of what was going on )this does not warrant breaking 1 vs 1 rules aqnd therefore you have let your corp down badly.
I was aware- i was sat up north with RA and Flashman waiting to get it on - on your behalf I havent seen voodoo complaining about his Loss to someone who is blue because he didnt the fact is here you asked for a one vs one this is a different matter as that is agreement between two individuals and you are the people who have decided to bring this to the attention of the EVE Forum- i ask what is the point we are not set Blue to you so why would we give a flying fig however thank you for publiscising the dishonour amongst your members and that fact that you deliberated over it.
Now whilst heimetar is the subject of your discussions leave your nice rule of thumb alliance behind and come back and get it on

So been a while since i bothered to check this thread and i feel the need for revisiting-
My honesty is now being questioned - i report the facts as i see it and know it at the time.
further facts
Since this stupid thread was posted bollack fleet has split since we war decced them apparently due to inrternal issues (maybe something to do with the eve thread psoted) - and now have formed a new corp yet still stay in the area(they have in fact called in the use of other corps in there battles)this means we would have to pay extra to war dec them again(yes well get the chesnut about them being all outlaw all ready etc)but thats how we like to do things
Sec status doesnt mean your bad to the bone and for the nice everflow people mean corp has been running a pos ouit in 0-0 purely for sec status reasons- leading to maybe us doing other things in the game.
but as you guys dont see much further than your rectum passages you wouldnt realise that
