get a visa debit card?
barclays do one and its nice. no interest and no payment issues.
If you dont have a visa debit and you bank in the UK- stop being a bad banker :P and they will let you have one

While I am a Credit Card holder here is an intresting fact: Credit Cards came about because banks systems where not connected, nor where the stores, the credit card slip you signed was literally a loan authorisation for the amount indicated by the slip, the money given to the retailer while you took the goods. The loan was needed because they could not take your money directly nor query your account balance.
Banks are now connected, credit cards are only needed because they entrenced into our culture but for all intents and purpose are legacy and will be gone in the future. Loans can be credited into your account. So I say good riddance, and hope that those stores who refuse to take debit cards/paypal wise up to the lost business.
Heres a bit of irony too, I can use my debit card in the states to withdraw cash from any atm, but I can't use it in a single store, strange but true.

1, get paypal account
2, link it to your solo debit card
3, Buy a GTC from shatteredcrystal.com using your paypal account
4, use the code,
I've worked out it will cost me approx ú80 per year to play this game using this method,

Did they ever fix this? I tried to pay for a sub a while ago with a visa debit. It would let me play for the selected period then it would never automatically re-bill me at the end of the period. I stress, the last time i tried was over a year ago and things do change without me noticing....often.
