I guess most of you wont know me, im not as much a forum warrior as some people here, but to get to the point...
So who shouldnĘt throw stones? Nxt Level Alliance Members.
Why? Well, IĘm referring to a post found on a members blog (VIEW HERE).

Ok, lets address some of the points taken up here as I think its clear the correct details are not being passed to their members.
1)You didnĘt take the large pos out right away ū your first attempt you fled with the POS at 92% shields as your alliance didnĘt have the firepower to take it out.
2)A week later you attacked a small POS we already had in 5ZXX that was used as a safespot. It had IIRC 8 guns on it and an empty corp hangerą good job. It was in fact the small POS you took out first, not the large. After this we wardec'd your feeder/alt corps in empire and finished that campaign 48-0 to us.
3)A few weeks later, you hired MOA to put the large POS into reinforcement mode for you. You then popped it once it came out of reinforcement (even I could have done that alone in 1 dread). We received a full refund for the POS and the ships, so nothing lost.
4)The space you say was yours was not claimed by your alliance, so IĘm not sure what you think youĘre talking about there.
5)Yes, we have war dec'd your 250 member alliance ū but we have never had 15 members EVER in the corpą so thanks for making us sound bigger than we are, but it makes these facts even more sweeter that we are smaller than you state. You may have 30 times more players than us, but that doesn't mean 30 times better pilots than us.
6)The war ū you made it mutual, then retracted itą not sure why? As for the figures, well I wont post links to battleclinic etc but 40 kills so far with no lossesą hmm (would be more, but the "WCS Battleship" is back in demand it seems  ).
While I donĘt normally post on forums with this kind of info (I prefer to do battle in space), I think its only fair to reply to Nxt LeveLĘs members post and clear this up.
So in summary, we may be a smaller corp in numbers, but what we lack in cannon fodder, we make up for in skilled fighters. (and yes, if the MC are looking for new pilots, give me a shout  )

Man, since the major players of NE-XT left the corp/game after they created NxT it really went downwards big time . Oh well, cya soon guys in DP- heh.
/em0te ratted there for two weeks while NxT 'patrolling', they all hide in the POS they put up (where I simply ruined their first POS deployment by killing the Hauler in my Drake), camped me for an hour then to find out I was in a SS, they get finally a Cov Ops in and guess what, they deploy the Multispectral Probe . Oh well, was fun though, just a little shame to watch it go down after NE-XT's 'death'.

Well first up.. Jang shouldnt be posting comments/remarks like that he is not an official of the alliance he will be spoken to so I do apologize about that Ocularis. I like to keep clean forums and smack-free environments.. Unless its me doing the smack then I'm all for it.
And just to clear up a few things.. Point one - someone said it was a small tower so I didnt have enough dreads. Bad recon. Point 3.. We did not hire moa.. We were bored so we decided to pay you guys a visit your tower wasnt really of concern to us otherwise.
Oh and.. Please dont let the war dek end.. bring it back. :)

I was told you had 3 dreads on standby for the first attack, but they never came. Then again, they were not there for the second attack either
Im sorry, but you did pay MOA. They were there with you shooting to take it down on the saturday, and you then finished it on the sunday. MOA brought most of the firepower that day to take it down - i saw it myself, and that is why we also got a refund for the pos, as the contract was taken in error.

Why, they POS we had served us for what we needed. Actually on the small I believe it was mostly made up of carriers iirc, but like you say, enough debate.

Now now you guys, take it easy.
Anyone can blow up a POS (apparently) ... hay, we could do it. The difference is we would not have the support to lock down the system as well... thats a simple fact. You have more players to blob the gates... we dont doubt that. But thats not all what this game is about is it - shooting POS... man that would suck!
We are also in empire for the war as a choice - whats the point in being at war if we get your blob to sit on a 0.0 gate with some bubbles for hours on end and smack each other in local... that would make the killboards look very bad on both sides, rather than just yours as they currently do.
Lets all just play nice now shall we... remember, it is a game

Ok Just some facts assuming anyone cares.... This is the OFFICAL and LAST reply from nxt on the matter.
1. Our diplomats contacted your CEO to try to work a compromise. Your members chose war dispite his willingness to be reasonable about the situation and now you come and whine about it on the forums. You'll find I have no symathy for forum crybabies and no respect either.
2. You lied to our allies about the situation and tried to paint us as the agressors when you put up pos's and pirated our members in our territory. Our allies didn't buy it and they helped us knock over that tower of yours because they had nothing better to do that day and a few of our dread pilots were (oh noes they have a life?) out of town that weekend. We never paid them for anything. We hardly brought our whole capital fleet to bother with your one pos. Thanks for the free ships btw.. but setting up a domi with a half active half passive shield tank and pdu's so you can fit nos makes baby jesus cry... please think of the tiny mel gibson's...
3. Your war dec to my knowlage has not yeilded any kills other than some cyno ships and for your trouble you lost an arazu. If I'm wrong on this link me your killboards and I'll make sure the pilots in question are talked too since our killboards show a distressing lack of action with your 7 pilots I've ever seen logged on. When we tried to come all the way out to empire to look for you with 3-4 members just for fun you all logged. You guys ever want to have some fun and do some real pvp we require no wardecs to come on out to 0.0 and fight us (dispite your implications in the op you will find we don't blob). In the mean time enjoy the lag in jita for me.
oh and the war dec thing... I was playing around with the different options but when I realised you didn't actually have to shell out money if it was mutual I promptly ajusted it. I wouldn't want you guys to be able to hide in empire for free now.

This is correct - you did contact me regarding the situation on iirc 3 seperate times. Once was in a teamspeak convo, 2 were by evemail. We didnt come to an agreement so we ended the talks each time. This was never in dispute. As for crying on the forums, the original post was simply clearing up the incorrect information posted - we are not having a whine, we frankly have nothing to whine about. Forums are hard to get tones of voice across, but I can assure you we are not crying (with laughter maybe )

I dont think we lied to anyone about the situation. From what we heard, it was your side making up the stories (again, we had a giggle about it and moved along). Your welcome to the ships, like i said we had them all refunded. As for the setup, damn dont even start me on his "no fittings so use what i have in loot" setups he has for killing NPC's - I'll give him another slap for his comedy setup!

I cant link to battleclinic.com as its against the forum rules, but if you go there and search for our corp and look at the kills, you will see the ones that are clearly missing off your killboard. In fact, your diplomat who posted here earlier was killed hauling tech 2 loot in a frig... so if he didnt post his loss, thats a bad sign right away. I dont believe you killed an arazu of ours - i know you set some fighters on one but it wasnt killed. Send me the killmail if you have it and I'll get it sorted. Whats that saying... proof or ....

Us hide... again, i wont post the screenshots I have, but the 6 stab apoc, destroyers, ravens, drakes and logging off to save pods that happens... we are not the ones hiding. Your killboard is not the only thing hiding the facts from you. Hope you do give the pilots involved a slap for bad gameplay.

I ask this as it seems recently in last cpl months your alliance has had its main corps leave 1 by 1....Its now hard to understand who is leading yourselves..if anyone
You left us to kill your alts/feeder corps with impunity..they quitting corps and some even joing yourselves untill we ceased hostilities...We had hoped for a free war dec from yourselves..none came..u left them to die

This is funny , dude we don't have any feeder corps that aren't in the alliance. There has been times corps came and went as in any alliance, these things happen from time to time.
But honestly if call killing members who are shopping in empire pvp thats just funny.
sry jack but these people just don't know or are not willing to relay real facts. so I had to post.
Seriously send me some kill mails on these supposed ''feeder corps'' if I'm wrong I'll retract this statement .

It doesnt matter if someone is mining, mission running, flying about, whatever... if they are a war target then they are fair game. It's the members of your corps that are doing dumb things in empire that make you guys look bad (trying to mine during a war... thats some smart people you recruit there).
The majority of those kills are non-hauler/miners but i see you didnt highlight that. We have only killed 2 indys and 2 barges, so not sure why you decided to point that out to us.

You obviously feel you are not going to lose anything by fighting Refuge so why don't you bring you're PVP ships down to empire. Think about it, they have paid for you to come down and destroy some ships in Empire, take advantage of that, rather than holing up in 0.0. Prove to everyone that you can do more than destroy POS's, cos at the moment you're simply making yourself look pathetic with every fact you insist on arguing. 
BTW, the only person who would fit a PVP Apoc with 6 WCS obviously isn't planning on doing any PVP.
P.S before you flame, yes I was a member of Refuge. I've taken a break to help some mates earn some ISK. I want to make a point of NOT trying to hide this.

Its a shame u all split up and many members deciding rightly to quit the alliance they decided was a joke. How dreams rarely come true
It was also a shame really u located it next to us and within 2 days of our killing and harrasing of u, u asked me personally for a 24 hr peace to withdraw. (convo stored)
I can only remember seeing you once in those days and then you were pulling out. The blobbing of 40+ Next to our POS system and yours never stopped us then or offered you any safety in reality and u fled back to JC under the guise of 'orders have changed'.. at least you were wise enougth to understand 23/7 protection by the blob wasnt a reality.
From your members own admissions you as an alliance lose ships so regular up there you are constantly having to come back to empire to make some isk!...Well not any more
We have already tickled you in pure Blind, that was the foreplay...A bit of heavy petting now to get the juices flowing and the emotions up and on to the great finale...Have to warn u though we got great stamina and u going to be in for a long long ride.

Yes, there are many PvP set ups which can use WCS's, think outside the box and you may figure some out. Not everyone uses these forums to rant about their decent/fun set ups.

As much as I may hate to disagree with Nxt, it is a bit silly to criticize a 0.0 based organization for not fighting an empire war. We've been war dec'ed every now and then, we just stay in 0.0 doing our thing and ignore them. There's really little reason to bother going to empire just to fight people when they can just stay out in pure blind fighting us instead
It's one thing to say their empire people should be more careful, but to say their 0.0 people should come to empire to fight you just because you decide to war dec them is pretty silly and more than a little arrogant.

As for the remark about NxT Level hiring MOA I can not comment as we do not give out our employers details.
But good luck with your empire war, but y bother with the empire war when you can shoot for free in 0.0. And if your out numbered I am sure you can still find some targets up here. Agony like to fly stabbed ships with cloaks on. so u might need a bubble or 2.
