don't expect tech 2 to be UbBer ! They are just improvement, and don't forget one day there will be tech 3 and tech 4 and even more :D

I've always known that tech II items wouldn't give more than 5% more than tech 1 items.
Guess it's about keeping things balanced.

Just think 15% in comparison with 10% this is 50% more. So the Capacitor Power Rerlay II should give 30% instead ov 20%. And u know this things stuck wihtout nerv so in a ship with 8 low slot u can now get 1.3^8=8,15 instead of 1.2^8=4,3 wich means u can 2 Xlargbosters and 6 Tachys let fire for ever.
=> Capa Relays have to be penalizied or everyone will fly Amarr tanks

leave cap relays alone dammit. tech 2 cap relays will finally allow the megathron to do what tomb set them out to do. get in and do some dmg STAN

tech 2 cap relays will most likely be 25% recharge for -35% shield recharge

and the shield recharger II have

Ships are going to get harder to kill, as they should. Tech II shield hardeners are gonna be nice, maybe something like the old ones.
