Making your final choice of home for the rest of your EVE life is a huge thing and perhaps, as some are not in that position yet, they may find it dificult to put across the info your realy looking for 
Me, I'm in my home so heres my pop at it and i hope its enough for you to ask and wonder more 
Shadow Company has a long history in EVE and has been involved in various wars in the south, back before CCP even put in the "Alliance" tab. We've had a "colourful" history, with some pirating, merc work and general 0.0 PVP.
At the moment we're the dedicated PVP wing of our alliance, having already agreed with alliance leaders that although we are more than capable of fielding cap ships for POS warfare we far prefer roaming ops and are thus exempt from manditor POS engagments. Roaming is what we're good at, its what we do, its in our "blood" so to speak and we only want players who think along the same lines, going out, killing targets, scooping loot, moving onto the next target and running a smooth operation.
Our comradeship is great, we have fun, but as you say, that should be a given, this is a game right? Our comradeship is more about our support of each other, teaching each other (fondeling each other if TI000 gets his way  )
Looking through our memberlist you will see members who have been with us for a year, 2, some even longer. This is a stable corp and as such the members know what to expect of the leadership and its rare for someone to leave without good reason.

it is not often one gets to see a well respected / known pilot looking for a new home.
DGF is always on the look out for new pilots to join. Especially those with the kind of experiences you have in game.
You probably remember me and Aeki from our days in Rona. We have worked hard to bring DGf to the point it is today but feel with the right inclusion of true eve experienced pilots as yourself the corp could progress to newer levels.
So this i agree is short, i am not one really for the sales pitch, thus i throw the DGF hat into the ring in the hope that maybe you'd consider picking it and contacting me in game to discuss any questions you may have.
If we are not successful in aquiring your skills etc i would like to add that to everyone reading this, this kind of pilot comes up very rarely and who ever is successful in obtaining his services has pulled a bit of a master stroke !

Hi,
Your post didn't tell anything you are searching for other then you are looking for a professional corp.
So allow me to write what we are looking for:
Atm on the Euro side we are missing good/great natural FC/Leader. We are desperatly seeking a mature , expierenced, game knowledgeable players. Who is able to take lead, take load of others and make A4D grow and is able to make younger players shine and rise.
We ask from you respect, dedication, a good laugh. We have to offer a 0.0 based, expierenced fighters and plenty of targets. We have no interest in alliances, political mumbojumbo and the m-word. We do carebear to pvp but we don't pvp to carebear.

Good corps you have to find yourself chief. I did enjoy your old video's shame you never followed up with a sequel to Tides of war - one of my favorites in the early days.

If you have baggage then you have baggage, im sure most players have the odd holdall from the past stashed away somewhere.
4 years is a long time but im not here to blow smoke up your arse for longevity in the game i wasnt to tell you a little about Incoherent Inc.
We do not do big ego's, doesnt matter to us if any member considers themselves hot poo, we are all treated as equals, we have around 30 members, ranging from 2 mill sp to 50 mill sp.
Our goals are simple but are being well executed.
All members to be able to handle lvl 4 missions in readiness for the new lvl 5 missions due shortly.
Self Suffieciency, we have been around for 3 months and already we are starting to become self sufficient, it isnt something that happens overnight but with the help of dedicated members we are slowly achieving this.
we are starting to explore our local systems, we have members dedicationg themselves to exploration.
Our high sec POS means we are able to put a lot of time into research and invention.
Our members are loyal, dedicated, hard working pilots who want toi succeed in all they do.
A pilot with 4 years under his belt would be a great addition to the corp, not only would it show our newer members (noob to eve not just the corp) what they can achieve but it would help focus the whole corp even more and you would certainly play a big part in getting us to where we want to be.
by all means look me up in game, i may look back at your history and see corps that mean nothing to me, but if you yourself feel you would be a good addition to a corp then lets put you to the test.

Someday eve will be gone and most of these corps will no longer exist. DNS is founded on good people having fun.
