Was wondering when the LP stores would be seeded. Went to Sisi a couple of times, still nothing in the Republic Fleet stores :\
My opinion is my own, not of my corp or my alliance. If you have problems, we can have a "who can do L4 missions faster" duel >:) |

still have 1-3 months before rev 2.0 deployment therefore could take a while they implement each new feature at the time atm its just the interface screen, suggest u test the new encounters first.

At least Intaki Space Police is seeded now, but I hope that it isn¦t seeded completly. They have lost nearly all interesting offers. And most offers are now demanding also ISK in addition to the LP(a new ISK-sink?).

so does the LP store still have requests for items, like for the elite drone Ai for implants, or for the ships and components for t2 ships, or is just pure ISK and LP?

Yes, item requirements are still very much present. T2 ship offers are out though - the LP Store should not interfere with capsuleer industry. Elite Drone AI isn't being used right now AFAIK but we have some ideas for it in future, so don't get rid of them all just yet
Originally by: Mikal Drey Does anyone know if the LP store differs from NPC corp to corp ?
Different corps in the same faction may have different offers. It's up to you to work out how they're divided up though
To everyone else: the more feedback you can give us on this, and the more detailed, the better. The LP Store is an ongoing project, this is just the first round of offers

Were our LP from TQ mirrored on sisi? I have quite a bit actually on TQ and it would be good if I had not to run missions on sisi (that's mostly wasting time if it's not a new mission or anything new to test...). -- Pocket drone carriers (tm) enthousiast ! No, LP¦s from TQ were NOT mirrored. You have to run missions on Sisi to be able to see and test the LP-store.

LP store broken already :/
Minmatar : Minmatar Mining Corporation :
Item Offered : 5x Ammatar Navy Reflective Plating BPC
Anyone else notice the offeres on SISI showing cross faction items ? Also has anyone tested offers with itmes required. I think they must be located in the same station as the LP store. meaning we will have to haul the required items to the accepting LP store.

not suprising though.. where else do you think they could get technology (the ammatar)... sure as hell not from the amarr, who just want to oppress everything they see.

Is the LP store when in station for that entire corp or does it change in each station?
I ask because im up in Venal doing missions and the LP store seems a little sparce. Plenty of implants of various descriptions but not much of anything else.
It also for some reason only has 2 connections skillbooks (for example) so i was wondering if this was to do with the station i was in or the type of corp Gurista's is.
I'd take a guess at maybe you're trying to encourage people to do missions for different corperations? The problem with that is if you're doing missions for a pirate corperation it quite difficult to change corps on a whim.
P.S My LPs dont seem to have carried over to the test server (singularity) for some reason.

Its the same for every station belinging to that NPC corporation. The LP store is per NPC corp.
Each agent division has 2 connections skillbooks that will affect its agents. there is one excpetion but i cant remember which division atm. As the Lp store shows every available offer within that NPC corporation it will show both available connections skillbooks.
i would agree with your statement. If you want a different item then use a different NPC corp. this hasnt actually changed from TQ but its alot more visible.
LP doesnt carry over when SISI gets mirrored.

Hmm, i suppose ill just get the connections books available to me, sell one and buy the one i need off the market. Alot of the empire factions don't like me, so it's a little difficult to chop and change, but i suppose being a pirate faction thats kinda the point.
Another couple of questions, ppl i know get (or used to get) 8 run faction BS BPC's for silly amounts of LPs. Guristas only have two offers on the Rattlersnake, BPC and built ship. I was just wondering if that was the same as before or is that a change?
Also a couple of the Gurista's stations have several Lvl3 and Lvl4 agents. Primarily i was using these to work up LPs to different levels to get different offers i needed (and missions for drops). Now all the LPs pool together i assume there isn't much point in using different agents other than you can pick and choose your missions. Is there another plus to having multiple agents of the same quality than the ability to pick missions? (i am aware that is a good bonus already, im just curious as the other has been made redundant)
Edit: Thanks for the quick replies btw.

the Lp store isnt fully seeded yet. but the patchnotes state that faction ships will/may be left out of the store.
atm there wasnt an offer for faction ship BPC's but each store i visited had 1 of each Republic Fleet ship available. I would GUESS that Pie agent offers will be similar. best way to test will be to visit the pie agent and do 1 mission just to activate the LP store and View ALL available offers.
There is a limited ammount of offers in the store ATM but i would say that its potential is huge.

No, I'm focusing on frigates at this moment, actively using Enyo and Ares, training up for Nemesis (less than a week for EU 4 -> Covert Ops itself, and Cruise Missiles already trained). Also I use Thorax where Enyo's firepower or tanking is not enough to sustain any significant time. -- . |

I'm reserving judgement on the LP store just yet.
What would be useful is if the devs could put commas in ISK and LP required columns.
E.g. Turn 10875000 into 10,875,000.
This would make things so much easier, as at the moment its hard to work out at a glance right now.

The Nexus chip Does exist :)
Like CCP Greyscale stated not every corp has the same ofers.
as to the shortcut for the station icon . . As it doesnt always exist and is only active at cretain times (eg. when you have points) then i guess you couldnt give it a shortcut.

None at all? Sebiestor had one chip as offer. Probably depend on which corp it is.
One thing I think is strange is that I have only seen new the new hardwiring implants as offers and none of the old. Not added yet or intentional?
IMO, I think they should lower the cost in Insignias and ISK and instead increase LP cost. I think the price should be dynamic if not that already.

I did a lvl 4 mission(just one) before the last patch to see what the lp store was all about, got the little lp store tab clicked on it and nothing was seeded, so i waited a couple of days to relog onto sisi patched it up and logged on, to my horror my whopping 2k lp was gone , so did anyone else lose thier lp after the recent sisi patch besides me?

LPs don't travel over to the test server, so you have to complete a mission to get LPs for it to open up.
Its a button on the right w/ the clone, fitting, insurance etc buttons.

I have been checking out LP store for different corps. To me it looks like this:
- Module offers seems to be the same no matter which corp in faction - Navy offers combat implants (gunnery, shield, missile etc) but not any of the new science, industry etc skills - Non-navy corps offer only the new hardwiring implants science, industry etc and no combat related hardwiring implants. - Connection skill book offers depends on corp and is probably related to the type of agents in the corp. - Navy has more blueprint offers than non-navy (and only navy offers ship bpos) - Commodity offers (only thing I have seen so far is Chips) seems to vary between corps. SOme has only 1 other has 3 - Navy has some additional skill book offers like Caldari Drone spec, Cruise missile launcher spec etc. Non-navy only offers connection skill books
Except for the exceptions above it looks like all non-navy corps has the same offers. I would have expected that for example R&D corp should have some additional offers like bpos in their R&D field or science skills.
I really hope that science skills will be included in LP offers since they are pretty hard to get. Only place I have found science skill books lately has been in Silence the informant (and the last 3-4 times there has been no skill book loot)

I've just reviewing the LP Store. I looked at my favourite corp Creodron.
No science skillbook offers. The majority of science skillbooks used to come from agent bonus rewards, these have now gone. I'm even having trouble selling my small stockpile as the market price has gone very high. I agree with adding science skill books to the appropriate npc corps.
Looks like people will finally get to buy their favourite faction ships without being stung by being asked for an officer tag that completely blows the budget on making the ship.
The only problem with this is that the store is a conversion of the existing offers with balancing (by isk payment in addition to LP) for implants and connections skill books.
So you can get implants for lp + isk, connections sb for lp + isk, faction ships for nexus chip (LP) and LP, and faction ammo for lp + isk + base ammo. There is however one group of items that stands out the faction modules and BPC. To get a faction module LP + isk + a number of tags. In some cases the number of tags is ridiculous and appears to be left over from the old system. I believe that faction modules should have a worth based on their market value not an absurdly high price because of the limited supply of tags available to build them.
There has to be some balance. Where a faction module is better than a t2 module it should be worth significantly more however the price of a faction module. Where a faction module is questionably the same or similar to a named or worse module shouldn't be worth that much in my opinion. I think that faction modules should be worth lp + isk + base item and leave the tags out of the equation.
If the faction modules aren't balanced out with the rest of the offers the majority of cash ins at the lp store will be faction ships until the market is saturated. This is because they only require LP.
While I would like a 5 run gallente navy co processor bpc the 120k lp and 48m isk price is ok but the 762 caldari navy tags is a bit ridiculous. I have enough trouble flying around in caldari space as it is. There's a difference between difficult to obtain and don't even bother.
The 56k lp and 22.5m is ok for the large gallente navy thermal smartbomb but all those high end tags are too much. An equivalent of 78.5m for a smartbomb + all those tags vs. just buying a faction smartbomb on the contract market.
While what I'm suggesting would increase the amount of faction modules on the market it also links the module purchase to an isk sink. That and if someone gets their faction fitted navy mega blown up then the isk sink will function quite well. POLL: Should I strap two fried eggs to my chest and become a centerfold model? |

While what I'm suggesting would increase the amount of faction modules on the market it also links the module purchase to an isk sink. That and if someone gets their faction fitted navy mega blown up then the isk sink will function quite well.
I also have most of my LP with Creodron and looked at the current offers. Although it's not exactly what I expected to get, I did see 3 connections skill books offers there, being High-Tech, Labor and Bureaucratic connections for 15K LP and 10 mio ISK.
Would like to see some of the new offers there (except for the interesting new implants that were now included for Mining and Laboratory skills) like faction POS related items or new special high-LP items that most hard-core mission runners are waiting for. ___________________________________ Wizardpete Draconis Last Rites Inc. Devian, I agree.
The number of tags you need for offers will be a major problem. You don't get that many of them from missions and requirements for some of the nice faction stuff are very high (take a look at the price for Caldari Invulnerability Hardener for example). However it looks like CCP has considered market value. If you look at the other Caldari Navy hardeners (which has same resists as T2 but better cpu req) they require less than 2x10 (think it is 6+8 or something).
Initally I think most people will cash in their LPs for connection skill books, implants and faction BS until the market get saturated and I think that will happen pretty fast. Especially with most faction ships except Navy Raven. Hardwiring implants will be hot as well I guess.
I guess CCP will do some tweaking of prices, but this might become a nightmare for them. Best solution IMO would be to have dynamic pricing, i.e. price depends on how many are sold. Might be a problem to do however when price is not only in LP but ISK + tags. if price would depend on deamnd in relation to how many are running mission for that corp then it might make it more attractive to run missions for the less popular corps.
Btw, have science skills been offered as rewards lately? I can't remember the last time I got a science skills offer. It is probably before blood patch. And only location I have found science skill books is in Silence the Informant. Talking abouty science skill books, got a nice surprise when playing on SiSi. In a container for a character I haven't run missions with in 9 months I found a Graviton Physics skill book. Probably had it since those were worth below 1 mill

I think tags are supposed to come from new lev 5 missions as they are against empire factions mainly.
Overall sounds relatively good implementation. Sure beats turning down +4 cha implant offers over and over again.

Yes, tags will come from the new missions since they dont have bounties but have tags instead.
From the size of the spawns, it shouldnt be too much of a problem to get the required numbers. I do think the numbers needed is a bit much though.

If there are lots of tags from lvl 5 missions the questions is will there be enough to satisfy market demand? Will there be enough say Caldari Navy missions being run to provide the required tags. Basically the LP + isk already exceed the market value of the equivalent faction item on the market. The tags are just another cost on top of that.
If the supply of tags is high enough without being a massive oversupply then the isk component won't be needed in the item price. POLL: Should I strap two fried eggs to my chest and become a centerfold model? |

To my knowledge R&D skillbooks have only ever dropped from the final stage of L3 Silence the Informant. If they were ever given out in LP offers, it was a long time ago.
On a different note, I'm wondering if CCP intends to make the LP/isk costs of offers dynamic, with the costs of the most popular offers slowly increasing and the least popular slowly decreasing. If the costs are fixed, there isn't much room for the market to place different values on, for example, charisma implants vs. intelligence implants. The LP store as it stands has virtually pegged the prices of various groups of items to each other.

lp store price shock!!!!! the other day i had me a little time to scope out this new add to eve via the test server and to be honest i was very plzed with the idea of a lp store . Just being able to trade my lp for the item in witch i want and worked long and hard for at a set price. No guess work no wounder when your wanted item is going to pop up. Great right. Well the idea of it is great anyhow i think but the wanted item's / isk + lp+++ my god ccp , mission's have never been the great bread winner for the eve player . it's been the item's that one get's from there lp earned that's been the draw . Now i know that tag's and isk and this and that have alway's been a part of getting item's aswell and for many of us it's been a real bubble burster from time to time and I know many that have just turned away from mission due to all these extras the agent's want ontop of the lp. You put hr's day's week's month's in to build your lp to get a chance at something you really want or need to make the time you spent worth while . i mean come on give the mission runner a break . they ran the mission's they did there time now they need to worry about tag's and item's that they may not even get to see for month's or hell depending on the spawn who know's how long it could be tell a person can claim there desired prize . then there's the amount of isk come on now 200 mill + 500 k lp + this and that say what ??? 500,000 lp that in it's self is a dedicated mission runner .and on top of this the person is going to most likly at 200 mill give up over 2/5 of the entire amount of profit that he/she has made and that's if he's/she's a total pack rat on the missions and collect's every piece he can grab + sell's plug-in's from the story lines . and plug-in's being good isk bringer's that is now going the way of the hi end min's down hill and fast come the 19th . i wish i had the time to go on about this cause i sure could but i think you get the just of what is being said here .it's a game and when a game begin's to feel like work well ccp you might aswell be sending me a check .In hole be more reasonable aswell as add more option's on lp + item's +isk for the item's that are being offerd to us via the store.
p.s. this is my outlook on the lp store you dont have to agree as im sure many of you wont

Science books used to be mission time bonus rewards for lvl 4 courier missions. But we all know how much love there is for courier missions. I got all of them trained and several dozen extras back in the day from courier missions, I sold all my extras right before the prices went up .
I don't think that dynamic pricing in the LP store is a good idea. It complicates things too much. The LP store will act more as a guide or a floor for pricing, with implants gotten from loot drops and storyline missions largely ignoring the LP value, much as they do now.

Guristas Extravaganza Generally Grosses around 30 million ISK, assuming you find no nice faction item.
So do that 7 times and subtract ammo costs youve got your 200 mil, and about 35,000 to 50,000 LP depending on where you run your mission and your skills, so..... its really not THAT bad, ISK-Wise

the good old extravaganza. right yep good isk . faction item's yep right good money there to IF you get one . but it's not like you will see mission's of that grade as a constant . 1 out of 5 mission's ran maybe of that grade . and lots of none bounty mission's between . you get tag's and some of those can fetch you a nice sum .but now it seem's you will be use'n a large part of those tags ontop of isk and what ever else to get what ever it is you want from the lp store. you spoke of skills and agent's . alot of hi qulity agent's are just not worth the risk to use for alot of folk's as there in low sec and a good amount of mission runner's are running mission's well cause they dont want to deal with low sec / 0.0 . as for skill's well i would think the largest gruop of ppl running mission's are newer player's . and we all know starting out most are low on skill and isk for the several month's after starting there eve life as they move thru the trial and error phase of eve . anyhow it's really late and this is not constructive .
