I sugest merge the asian server with our server, effectively doubling eve universe in size.
Keep area/capital gains as they are on both sides. then unleash the world on itself and see what happends.
A lot of areas will need to be renamed to make this happen.
your thoughts please.

really good idea!!
then we would only be allowed to play for 2 hours (or was it 4?)
the reason it is sharded is because of national laws interfering with the way we (the western world) want a game to be.
I dont think many of us would play this game if you werent allowed to play for as long as you wish

japan, korea, and hong kong are not under play time restrictions thats fact, as per other laws i'm not to sure.
(sorry if my spelling is off, 20 cups of coffe seems to have that kind of effect)
I've played in other mmo's with them and they are ruthless when in their style of play vs our way. i would love to challange them as i'm sure they would enjoy doing the same to us.

If someone knows the exact reason for having an asian server and one in london, explain here. Whithout knowing exactly why it is like that, there is no reason discussing about that.

asian server is china only.
And it has rules of time played, and what sort of information can be displayed. Also IIRC the china government requires all chat logs submitted to the government for review.

The idea is not bad truely. Personaly i think they would give BoB a clear cut challange, but as per the op not likey to happen ever.
