Look CCP i dont know how many times you need to be told. Your player base is asking you to change amarr. If you dont then you will lose money, its a fact. Amarr are far below the norm of the other races and minmatar are also below the norm of caldari and gal. Don't you realise this? are you thar arrogant and blind. FFS CCP get some balls and tackle the problem. What is an increase of tracking or a decrease of pg going to do? Lets be realistic, your neglecting amarr for a reason arnt you? Heat was a great oppertunity to balance amarr with the thermal damage and you failed. Then your going to nerf EANM, ffs are you fu**ing blind, amarr are the armor tankers, your nerfing them again? Seriously CCP i used to have faith in you as a trustable company but lets face it, amarr and minmatar are sub-par compared to other races. You know it, i know it and the EVE community knows it; yet you do nothing. To be honest i am sick of tired of reading thread after thread after thread of 'balance amarr ffs, balance minmatar ffs'. If you choose not to act you WILL lose a proportion of your player base. Its your choice. I dont choose to whine, but when i see 4 races, two of which are better than the other two, what more can i cry other than balance? I dont ask for the impossible and i dont ask for the improbable, i ask for the reasonable, the expected. You have four races in character selection, only two of those are effective, the other two are not. Sure amarr and minmatar have their strengths and weaknesses, but they do not balance out, by far. You have had warning, you have had petitions and you have had forum threads and yet you do f**k all, CCP don't fail your community; dont become the mmo developers like Blizzard who care nothing except for profit.
Do something about amarr and minmatar and ffs do it now, you have the oppertunities and you have the means, use them or become that which you aimed not to be. If you fail the community through game balance then you fail yourselves.
On a side note, i heard one of your new 'idiots' saying that heatsinks might increase heat damage. This is another example your your f**ked up approach to amarr. I ask you in all seriousness, what are you thinking? If a PROPER balance is being worked through then i retract this entire comment, but until you realse something other than an increase in tracking, what the f**k do you suggest those of us with 20mil sp in amarr and minmatar related skills do?
As perviously stated, do somethin or lose your reputation, you have been under attack from the EVE community due to supposed scams etc which i believe to be false. However, do not become complaisant because of your victory, the worst thing you can suffer is the mistrust of your faithful player base because YOU lack the organisation and forsight to work out what needs to be changed in YOUR game.
CCP you need to change and adapt inorder to survive, choose not to and you WILL die out. My personal advice is to get rid of heat, how many man hours did you spend on this 'feature' which is used 0.1% of the time? This is a stupid waste of your resources and should be spent on game balance and real development, you ever heard of an effective drone ui? no because your too busy developing **** which had no use to anyone.
Act now, your choice.
