I am a diplomat, and I am the one who changed Stella Polars standings AFTER a mail was sent to your diplo's (never did get a response btw) informing them of the standings change. Seriously check your facts before posting...

I would also note for the record since Frege's integrity seems to be questioned, that we let several Stella Polar pilots leave Frege space after the standings change without engaging them. Some logged into our station to find themselves surrounded by reds...we could easily have blown them up as they left...we chose to let them leave as it seemed extremely unfair to the individual pilots that their standings changed and they were now in hostile space. For you to question Frege's integrity in this matter is rather disgusting given how much effort was made within the first 24 hours of standings change to ensure we did not engage pilots who thought we were blue.

Several hours before any of our caps were used. We let Stella Polar pilots leave our systems within minutes of changing standings. They were convo'd by Frege pilots and told they were now red, and to leave with all haste. If your own pilots did not pass this on...that is not our fault.

Given the mail, and at least 3 pilots allowed to leave unharmed, I don't see how this information could not have filtered its way though your alliance.
