HI, this character is for sell, isk will be sent to sandra bulock, this char dose not have negative balance in wallet, its not banned or anything similiar...
with this char buyer will also get thanatos and ofcourse moduls and drons wich is fited..
char will be located in empire for new buyer, close to jita

Are your reserve and buyout typos?
Character is barely worth the starting bid. Drone usage skills are barely satisfactory for flying a carrier, basically you can only use fighters semi-effectively. No T2 drones at all. ESO is at 2. Unexpectedly low electronics skills which, although aren't necessary, are sort of expected for a 27mil SP character.
Nice learning skills, Carrier V is a plus, Jump Drive Calibration is good too, but it'll be crazy if you get anywhere near 10bill.
But, I will take it for 5bill. So take that as a bid.

atm devil has offerd buyout, by agreament if he come tommorow like he said at 17:00eve time this char will be sold to him...
if devil faild next in line is Orion Ghast.. who also confirmed buying. then character will probably finish in his hands...
