This's not going to be a long post, rather short, but still a discussion is needed in this department.
Stealth bombers - the only ships that were not given any good use have finally been booster. Every race can now fit 3 launchers and we've got a new bomb launcher, yay !
Everything looks good in the basic concept, but if you think about it more careful, you'll see its flaws.
Each bomb costs 20mil, right ? The cost can be accepted if they have a good use. You need like 4 bombs to kill (at max) a semi-tanked bs. Still could be, but the most important thing that it's a bomb that explodes, goes off ! KABOOM!!! Everything in 15km radius shoudl be dead.
But it isn't ... bombs should not have sig radius. If they need to have 'em give us skills to cut it to 50-100 and modules that would let us do more dmg and overload bomb launcher. It takes almost all shields of a bs, but not even 10-15% of scimitar's shield ... this needs reworking before Rev 2 hits tq.

I bomb will never shoot down a good cruiser pilot. Don't forget that they heavy, slow and made of paper, so i think that they deserve at least good firepower. All the frigs, destroyers can easily run from bomb 'cause they're agile and fast, cruisers and up can take damage.
If 4 bombers jump into a camp (before the fleet) and plant 4 bombs in each sector, they're most likely killed, maybe some will survive, but i surely doubt. That's why they NEED to do equal damage for every ship.
Imagine a smartbomb with sig radius or dd ... kinda pathetic.

I think that with the 15 second delay, a bomb should be able to kill a frigate or destroyer ... with good skills it does like 800 dmg to the ceptor, raw damage and after resistances it'll still be alive. That's unfair, since he was dumb enough to not notice the bomb, he should suffer the consequences.

Nope, they don't. And a large smartbomb can kill it in 1 shot and an interceptor can run in 2-3 secs so they should do more damage or just remove the sig radius, whichi is hilarious.
