Linking to court rulings only help to show a precident when you are trying to prove a similar case in court. Lawyers only have to prove that a statute or law exists and that the actions are in violation of that law, thus the definition of a crime. IE, you dont have to submit the rulings in a past murder case to convict someone for shooting people in the face. A lawyer you obviously, are not. And the laws in your country are that much better? In fact, I argue that it is not the "law" that sucks balls, but the circus that has become of our court system, ie lawyers and judges stretching for convictions, plea barganing, and outright corruption.
