cant be bothered to put in minimum bids on the stuff, but plz bid fair, and dont put in 0.1 isk raises plz

"The Sniper Rule" basically means if a bid is received close to the end of the auction, the auction end time will extend by X minutes from the last bid, to give the bidders a chance to beat the offer of those last minute high bidders, known as "snipers."
ie, your auction ends 21/6 at 20:00 EVE time. If you added a 30 minute sniper rule, and someone bid 21/6 @ 19:59 Eve time, then the auction end time would extend to 20:29 Eve time.

as my understanding of the sniper rule, yes, as shots17 triggered the sniper rule
i advise you to bid further
and i will try and get some more seasoned auctioneers to clarify the sniper rule
if the rule is per item, i will sell for the other bid you made
