Someone who can't accept and understand the limitations of their ship will never get better at PvP. I may be **** at PvP but I know what my ships are capable of and what they aren't. I'm getting better at PvP in every engagement because I know the limitations of my ship. From my experience of Ginger, that would be what I call his major failing and it accounts for his record-breaking losses in PvP. I petitioned him for account sharing when I noticed some obvious logon/off coincidences similar to those noticed between Ginger and Cromar (who has been proven to be his alt). I do know that some GMs DON'T do their job properly and we could indeed see Ginger Magician back in game having evaded a second permanant ban. I personally hope that he stays banned because the game is a lot better off without him but let's not kid ourselves that a ban of one of his accounts will get rid of him. He'll stick around with his alt Crom'ar and will probably buy a new capital character anyway. The issue I have is whether or not a ban issued against someone for harassment and abuse in breach of the EULA should be levied against the account that the person was on when they committed the act or against the person themselves, thus extending to his alt accounts and forbiding him from starting new ones. Essentially, I'm wondering if being banned for repeated verbal abuse in-game means that he personally isn't allowed to play eve any more.
