So, EveTV, the Myth... the Legend.. walking in today was so much fun,and geting a small taster of the whole community at the meet was really something else- It was awesome. I am the new Co-Host for EVE TV Weekly.
So, what does the Future have in store for StevieSG?
Today for the first time I sat behind the table in the EveTV studios, ready to report the news.. well no..
Hold on...
I can't blog....It went like this..
A Plog (Play/Blog)-Backstage at EVETV- Part one
StevieSG: wowà. Awesome table.
Spiral: yeah.
StevieSG (looks at table)à I want.. to sit on..(points to stage right) that side.
Spiral: (Simultaneously) I want to sit onà that side..
Voiceover:
And in one horrific moment, the co-hosts of EVETV, locked in a manic stare realised that they wanted to sit on the same side of the EveTV Table
StevieSG: MINE! (runs to table)
Spiral: nooooooooo!Give it!
StevieSG: No way..
(StevieSG asserts herself onto the seat)
StevieSG: Sit on my lap if you want, you're not getting the seat.
Spiral: move over!.. Now!!
Voice from Offstage: Spiral, move
StevieSG: YEAH!
Spiral: What?NEVER!
(Spiral moves his seat even further stage right then StevieSG, partially off the table)
StevieSG: ThatÆs ridiculous.
PAUSE
(StevieSG Basks in the glow of an entire News table to herself. Spiral slowly realises he is out of the camera frame)
Voice from Offstage: WeÆre starting!
Spiral: IÆm not moving.
StevieSG: Fine. IÆll move. Have your stupid side.
Spiral: Victory!

Good Luck with everything! You'll be great 
I had no idea of the seating-warfare that was going on in the studio while we were downstairs in make-up.
Terrifying stuff!
However, Spiral and Stevie are such proffessionals that by the time I was watching, things were looking altogether very civilized.
You both looked very   behind the shiny, highly strokable new EVETV desk.
It's all very exciting,

Hmmmmm I had wondered what that bang banging was above our heads the other day. I caught a little of them behind the desk the other day and yes they are very professional if a little cheeky but anyway (((((Spiral)))) and (((((StevieG)))) you make a pretty and professional couple..brake a leg (not a chair)

s'okay I've got a dime bar in the fridge..
Spiral was more then proffesional with declining the chair offer, He'd had recent experience of my lap at the London meet..
It wasn't the lap that put him off, so much as the being bounced to the tune of the lone ranger.
And Fortuna...bang banging? *snarf*
This is just getting silly.. a little dacorum people!

No, I think the best way to get my revenge for the chair situation is definatly a GirlGamer EVETV sleep over/EVE marathon, and Spiral doesnt get to come.
Must extend invite to Kas and Xyl

Okay so the second episode shoot went a lot better, I was still a bit nervous but I guess that just gets better with time, and nowhere near as nervous or stressed as the first shoot
In between takes I managed to chat to the wonderful guests (who of course are two of the finest gentlemen to ever grace the desk of EVETV- great hair )and Pilgrim and the rest of the fantastic and hard working crew and gossiped about "The Power and potential of Eve" which was great, but I missed my lovley female presenter ladies who are always smiley, good natured and generally good to have around.. They need to come back poste haste so I don't end up more masculine...... then normal...
Aside from presenting and talking about Eve I did the following..
I invented a new game with wheelly chairs.
I used hairspray for the first time. (Take that hairbrush forum posts!) It still won't be tamed however.. I'm thinking about investing in a Fez.
I used my BBC news voice, despite wanting to use either James Earl Jones or Zed from Police Acadamy for the "Quote Sections". Denied.
Me and SJ didn't fight over chairs! We just sat down... It was weird and I may have to washingline him next week just to make up for it
I tryied to work out how I could pass off playing Eve for 6 Hours a day as "Reserch" for my schoolwork... still thinking guys.. still thinking..
I only quoted Anchorman... 33 times.
I correctly assumed that the crew would enjoy Dohnuts, and made sure dohnuts were available.
So all in all, a much more relaxed shoot, and things will get more easy going as things continue.
If anyone has any constructive suggestions after EPISODE 2 airs, do let me know-
Ooh and I'm good with with hints as well as captial letters....oh behold my fragile widdle heart.... *Cue Violin*
