[EVE TV] Alliance Tournament Commentators and Experts wanted!!

EVETV Xyliana	Posted - 2007.06.15 17:29:00 - [1] The next Alliance Tournament is just around the corner. EVE TV will be there, of course but weÆre looking for new talent to join the crew. Think youÆve got what it takes to be a match commentator or panel expert for the next EVE TV broadcast? Look no further - this could be your chance to be a part of the coolest new thing in MMO gaming. HereÆs what you need to do: In about 500 words, send an email to [email protected] and tell us who you are in the world of EVE, how long you have been playing, why you think you should be a match commentator/panel expert for the next event, and what you feel you can offer the programme. If, based on that, you make it through to the shortlist, youÆll be given the chance to submit a demo recording, which could ultimately lead to a shot at being a match commentator/panel expert live from CCP's offices in Reykjavik, Iceland from 29th of August - 12th September (all inclusive). Go to Iceland, Be on EVE TV, Have a great time. The deadline for submissions is Friday, July 6th 2007. So get your entry in soon! All æwinnersÆ will be notified by the email used for the entry. Being a Commentator or Expert is quite a bit of work for the two weeks during the 6 broadcast days. We film Friday, Saturday and Sunday live, it would be slightly unfair and there is just no time to let someone leave set to go while others are on-air/running in-game cameras/video cameras etc. Originally by: xeom Do we have to pay for the flight over to Iceland? Its all inclusive as stated above Basically we invite members of the community to take part, you work on set (CCP offices) and are part of the experience of the live broadcast. In exchange accommodation, flights and homemade CCP dinners are provided. On the other days between you go out to dinner, have parties, float in the Blue Lagoon and other touristy bits. An upcoming EVE TV weekly show will feature ifni and Farjung who will chat a bit about what it was like last time. EVE TV Website
