another important observation s that your main tank has to be immune to cap warfare as theres enougth cap neutralising towers in missions to suck a carrier dry and each battery takes a hell of a pounding so targeting them early isnt really an option when theres DPS to kill.
so erm bad luck armour tankers guese everyone who hasnt already should train caldari CCs.

Originally by: El'essar Viocragh I wonder, when will people ever learn that mission rewards are adjusted dynamically based on statistics gathered from many many people running them.
And there are not many people running them on SiSi. Therefor they do not adjust to "proper" values on Sisi.
or, to put it a bit more blunt: THE REWARDS ON SISI MEAN **** IN REGARD TO TQ.
true and in fact False in unequal measures
if the bounties are only worth 20mill on test then thats what they will be on TQ no ifs no buts. A dynamic mission pay if fine but there usually only what 10-20% mission value, 120% of nothing is still nothing

Ok, tough nut to make-into-smaller-pieces. You are not supposed to sell the tags to the NPC market.
Objective one: introduce another level of high end pve content Objective two: do not inject ridiculous amounts of ISK into economy Objective three: do not disrupt capsuleer industry Objective four: lay down groundwork for factional warfare
How to accomplish? 1) introduce level 5 missions 2) make them against enemy factions without concord bounty 3) make the main reward of the missions LP (*that* is the part that isn't adjusted on sisi yet. you'll never get filthy rich in direct cash from level 5) 4) introduce an LP store to replace the agent offer gambling 5) remove tech 2 ship offers from the LP store offers 6) make a lot of store offers require faction dogtags and sell stuff through it that either gets used up (faction ammo) or blows up (ships, modules)
Welcome to Revelations II. You fly level 5, get a few ISK reward/bonus (not much less but certainly not a lot more than L4 either i'd say). But you get a whole lot more LP and dogtags that you need to go shopping mods and other stuff at the store. These you then put up on contract and sell to players running level 3 and 4 missions that get the direct isk, but miss items for some store offers. Or to players running level 5 missions for the other faction block.
With now L4 missioners turning to level 5 missions this will actually decrease the amount of artificially injected ISK into eve. It's a giant ISK sink.
have you actually tried them?
because the missions i went on had very real ISK bounties for killing ships which means no dog tags, killed a lot of serpentis but on the whole somehow it managed to be less profitable than cutting my arm off and using it as a biological weapon
never seen a T2 ship offer ever and i have a million LPs
sure im hopeing that my sample isnt representative because the required amount of dog tags looks to be high for many items and i have enjoyed the challenge
