This character is for auction, this is the 2nd time I've tried to auction him so I'm setting a few ground rules after the 1st one got scrappy.
1. If you don't have the isk don't bid.
2. Only bids placed here will be accepted, convo me by all means but unless I see them here forget about it.
3. No alt bids.
4. DO NOT CONVO ME IN GAME WITH CASH BIDS. I can only tell you to f*ck off so many times.
5. Edited post bids will not be accepted.
6. This auction is for isk only, no trades so don't ask.
7. Any queries to this character or Dray.
The character has -3.3 sec, I'm sure that the people who will be looking for this type of character won't find it an issue along with his kill rights for and against.
Level 5 skills of note are as follows :-
Minmater carrier, battleship, cruiser, and frigate.
Gallente battleship, and cruiser.
Heavy drones, drone interfacing, and scout drone.
Large and medium artillery spec.
HAC's.
Leadership, seige warfare, and skirmish warfare 5.
All navigation skills except for high speed maneuvering, jump drive calibration, and jump drive conservation at lvl5.
Secondary gunnery skills, motion prediction etc all at lvl5, aswell as the usual expected skills in engineering, electronics, and mechanic fields.
Can fly HAC's and command ships for gallente and minmatar, aswell as AF's and ceptors for minmatar, but he can only use tech2 blaster upto medium size.
Currently training fighters to lvl5, completion in 14 days and 7 hours.
This character cannot use capital remote reps but is ready to train them, and needs to train shield emissions systems to 5 for cap remote shield mods.
Character will come with a fitted Nidhoggur carrier + 8 firbolg and 8 einherji fighters, a badger 2 in the ship maintence bay filled with fuel aswell as the cargo bay.
Nidhogur fitting is 3x drone control units.
1x sensor booster, 1x ladar array, 4x eutectic cap rechargers.
2x cap armour reps, 2x EAN II's, 1 Dam control II.
3x cap recharge rigs.

This is the best capital ship pilot I've seen available for a long time... Wish I could afford him, would be great to avoid a prodigious amount of training time.

The links seem ok you might be having trouble connecting to eve files, not sure, as for the price it is high but to my knowledge this is the highest sp character to be auctioned, dont quote me on that tho 
Also remember there's a fitted carrier in there.
Anyone else having trouble with the links?

Well, I say charge whatever u want Arthur, someone may buy it for the buyout. Like an original piece of artwork, this is a very rare auction.
However, just to give some perspective, a char that was almost 59 Mil SP AND had the 4.5 Bil Titan skill trained sold for 20 bil Buyout a month ago. I think this was a bit low considering the skill, but not a huge need for titan pilots.

Yeah I saw that auction a good character, but i'm going to stick my neck out and say for 3M diff in skill points arthur is a much better character and worth the extra, mind you i would say that.

Hmm, nice char. I have to agree with earlier comments that you may be asking way too much for it though.
I will offer you buyout of 26bil right now. That offer is good for the next few hours and then I will retract my offer.. That's 6bil more than that earlier mentioned character which had a few mil less sp, but had the Titan skill trained. I think my offer is very reasonable. Let me know asap.

The reason the Titan pilot went for so little was because, honestly, 99.99% of EVE will never fly a Titan, so what bonus does shelling out the 4,5b on the skill convey? Sure you can resell it later on, but again, with such a small number of people even capable of getting a Titan, your prospective market is negligible.
On the other hand, Arthur is very much mainstream. With so many people capable of affording Carriers and with such a prodigious skillset, he is worth alot more. Not only for the raw skillpoints, but also for the ever growing market for Carrier and Mothership capable pilots. Even as a resale investment the character represents pure profit.
You take what is offered. And that must sometimes be enough. |

If you're looking at it from a pure ISK-vs-SP perspective... that char's SP alone is worth almost 4 years of training.
At "30 day GTC" prices, that's around 9 bil ISK.
Lately, chars seem to go for at least double that value, so make that 18 bil ISK.
Then, you look at the cost of skills.
Another bil+ ISK right there. Put's us at 19bil isk.
Then you factor in the gear he comes with (carrier with stuff on it, the standings he might have, etc).
That's got to be worth at least another 2 bil on the market, so you end up with 21 bil ISK already.
25bil is probably the perfect buyout for this character. It offers quite a profit for what it's worth, and factors in the "Omg rare factor". I would have snatched 26bil up and been happy. Most people with this kind of isk to throw around don't WANT to wait a week for an auction to close. They want it now. Lower that buyout to something reasonable, and you might sell this character.

At that price I could buy two carrier/dread pilots and fully fit them and have either of them be equally as effective in combat as this one character. Just a perspective.
