My Drake has quite a bit of spare CPU, so the SPR nerf shouldn't affect me much unless the CPU requirements are huge. (Though I did always wonder why all the SPRs had either 1 or 0 CPU required.)

Yeah, but they hit the drake twice with the extra 150 sec recharge (which is nothing really) and with the increased CPU usage of SPR's remember... Could be itneresting to see 15,000 players all sell SPR's and buy shield boosters at once eh?

MMM... i guess the patch is CCP's way of telling me to go back to exam revision...

Ok first i want to answer some qustions for some of you guys who are moaning like hell here, and i want some peace and quiet (just like many of us) until we can finally see how Revelations 2 is, and we can all get excited all over the locals with "hey man did you saw that ? AWSOME " and crap like that. So here it goes:

1) If you didn't set your skills for long training times, it's your fault. GMT time is not your local time. I live in Romania and i have to put +3 hours to see my local time. Example : GMT 02:00 + 3hours = 05:00 (that's when server gone down in my local time, but it was 02:00 GMT precisely.
2) The server is in London, and CCP is in Iceland. That means that their DATACENTER is in London, but for everyone to be easier (with the times and all) , the server works on a GMT time. That's Eve Time for everyone playing eve. So you don't have to count that extra hour that London has, and it's good this way.
3) America is not the center of the world. And although i have nothing with americans (i really don't) , the politics in this country suck, as well as government's care about people in their own country, which doesn't exists. And even if America will become the center of the world, it will still be GMT time for eve online , so sorry m8.
4) Seems that the server will be online faster than predicted. But still it will get down from time to time as bugs are being fixed.
5) I personally don't care about the rev 2 trailer. It would be nice if once in their lives, CCP would make a super trailer with character in it. Like let's say would be two guys in a ship in an epic battle and when they see that they can't hold much longer on of them says "turn the heat on!" and they would overpower weapons so they can fire more deadly. It would be cool for something like that. But well, trailers are not CCPs strongest point.

I hope i'll stop some of the moaning with all this.

The Drakes shields was strong as a turtle on steroids and as sad as I am for the nerf (if it means I can't solo lvl4's anymore that is) I think it was somewhat necessary. If you felt the tank of the drake to be weak than YOU did something WRONG.

who flies a drake well a t1 version anyway (the nighthawk might look like a ferox but is supposed to be the t2 drake)
