Originally by: Paradox Twin The patch wiped every screenshot I had. In fact it's wiped the entire Capture folder... Thanks CCP. Good job
Look on your computer in the following location C:\Documents and Settings\***\My Documents\EVE
you should see your capture folder with your screen shots in there.

Originally by: Emma Royd I've just tried altering the shortcut and get the following popup error message.
The name 'C:\Program Files\CCP\EVE Account 1\eve.exe /end /LUA:OFF' specified in the Target box is not valid. Make sure the path and file name are correct.
Emma, you add the /end /LUA:OFF AFTER the quotes, not inside the quotes. It should look like this for you: "C:\Program Files\CCP\EVE Account 1\eve.exe" /end /LUA:OFF
Try it.
I really want this to work. I've tried all the ways mentioned. What is "Account 1" referring to? So far this way isn't working for me either :(

First off thank you Camilo Cienfuegos and Sarrian Calda for trying to assist in the issues that I posted about in this thread asking about a fix to the cache and settings folders. The way that you explained it helped me (I think I'm pretty tech savvy) get it working for a short time. However, my settings keep getting erased.
However one of my corp mates came up with a solution that I think may benefit those that are running multiple accounts as well as fix the ram drive problem.
Fix for Cache/Settings folder reset as well as ram drive
Please post in that thread if it helps.
