At lowsec, I can always remove the Heavy Nos and put a named repper in, got lots of grid left.
Therefore, a hac is used to tackle stuff and tank sentries.
Or a properly tanked gallente recon.

I tryed both, Megat with Modal Ions and Hyperion with Modal Ions. Im not yet that good to use large blasters in pvp, but speaking for PvE.....the tracking bonus really makes a huuuge difference when enaging even BS sized targets. 1 gun hardpoint isnt worth the Megat`s tracking bonus.
There are actually modules called tracking computers out there.
The Hype has one more medslot than the mega, wouldn't be too stupid to fit one there.
