I have 2 things to say to Jai and to the general public to clear some confusion.
1) Crap about our corporate mineral contracts and all that. you no longer have to worry about our economic structure anymore as you are no longer in EV. We have 200+ others who seem to enjoy it, so by you complaining just makes you look jealous. Our economic procedures really have no business in these forums and we wont respond to them as we have had countless meetings and posts making sure our members understand how our economics work and that they are on board with them. I'm sorry you didn't like them but quit living in the past and move on.
2) The post about the bistot policy yes I did write that. on "Posted: Tue Aug 12, 2003 10:07 pm" it is my fault for not reading it more carefully sooner and updating it, but im sorry if i'm a little too busy to re-read the thousands of pages of content on our website to make sure they are all 100% up to date. We've asked members if they notice something not up to date to send us a message and we'll update. Also about your little post, you failed to mention another aspect. I stated that if there are alliances there respect their borders and leave if you are asked to. I dont even remember who was who back in August but it was a completely different map than it is now. So nice attempt to make EV look bad and that we dont respect others. But we do. Our allies know what kinda corp we are and our members know what kind of corp we are and thats all that matters. You are more than welcome to continue your propoganda war, but at least use whole truths so i cant show your contradictions.

there are two ways to look at every coin Skillz. As i dont wish to write a novel nor reveal all the secrets of our economic policy on open forums I wont be posting a proof to why our economic model is both benefitial to the members and the corporation. You two are both ex-members. You have every right to believe what you want. There are two sides to every story. At least i'm smart enough to realize that. Civil Deity

Edited by: JaiMaster on 19/01/2004 19:02:59 Edited by: JaiMaster on 19/01/2004 18:59:04 Chronican, in the last week ive built 2 more battleships than you own. Both cost me less than the wonderful corp would have required, even counting a BPC.
Civil, im STILL waiting for the proof that selling scordite at 6 is better for a player than selling it at 7. Access to corp market hanger? You can get cheaper prices in half a dozen empire regions.
You claim your smart enough to realise there are two sides to every story. This seems to be EV's standard and only comeback to direct attacks upon them on these boards. EV supposedly wants to win every part of EVE; the boards are as much a part of EVE as josh hiding in deepspace bookmarks most of the day. The quote is not even out of context. It states what it states. Steal from our allies, just dont mine our bistot, the corp owns that.
Bistot wasnt just off limits in a couple of systems. It was off limits in all of EV space. Or dont you guys even read your own forums? ------- Skill points. ISK. Ships, rare equipment. Its all just a means to an end...

jaimaster for your info i have my bs so make that 1 more and i dont feel the need for more then one and yes i too would own 2 if i wanted to but i tend to put corp first rather then my own wallet and mine for minerals the corp is starting to run low on ... i also would have been in this bs abit quicker if someone *not mentioning any names* didnt blow up my ore cans maybe you should try working for others in a team sometime rather then being greedy
you were kicked just move on dude and get over it

Congrats on the bs chron. Sorry about the ore, I considered it as trade for my stolen mineral account. Perhaps you should talk to con man about claiming what I had.
BTW I still dont see what part of what I did was being greedy. I was kicked for first discussing then later arguing the points with a tard who upon losing the argument comprehensively, booted me without even letting his fellow high council member in chat know, leave alone discussing it with him before hand. (I know this because a friend in EV, who has since left in disgust, told me n'fran was still replying to me even though I wasnt there).
Heres a big point that maybe some in EV have missed. I wasnt even in the mining wing. I was ivory wing. How can I be a greedy git for challanging the way the corp paid the miners? Personal greed? Skillz, you may not understand, but in combat a MWD can be very usefull, espically if you move around alot. Take curse for example, if I want to move from H-ADOC to HLW then to e02, and do it frequently it would take me forever without a mwd. So the mwd enables us to be quick and effective moving between points. although at a disadvantage in fleet battles there great for ganking.

Sutty:
First of all I'm not saying you are doing it.
An MWD is good for two things. Traveling and the use of the grid bug.
An MWD needs to be nerfed. Why not remove all shields and half cap when it's mounted on a ship. If you mount two of those, the ship ought to blow up.
Main:

Are people still replying to this thread?
EV's membership numbers speak for themselves - vast majority of people are happy with the structure of the corporation and to suggest they are being "fooled" by anyone is an insult to their intelligence.
EV's structure is also something not for public consumption - it's upto the individual to decide. We hold no grudges if you join and then leave with dignity and maturity because you don't like our structure etc.
We DO, however, hold grudges if you behave like the immature Skillz and the bitter Jaimaster. Jaimaster has his own ideas about how to run a corporation and he's welcome to them. We just didn't agree. His removal wasn't handled in the best way but he had no reason to post corporation information on a public forum. That was just low and dishonourable.
Skillz, well, he's just a strangely paranoid character who is obsessed with EV and assumes we're behind every one of his temp. bannings.
Little does he know, we care not ONE iota about him. He's chump-change.
I suggest this thread should be locked because it's run its course.
No doubt another alt or CA member will start something up SoonÖ because EV are flavour of the month

Well, the mail I got from CCP strangely mentioned that one PC pirate was 'harrassing' big bad ultra cool corporation of 200 members. How is that even possible to begin with?
It's only possible if that corporation are carebears-nublar-teletubbies(tm) that anyone can kick in the face, at ease.
JaiMaster, if they don't give you the ores that you have mined for your battleship, I suggest you take it back by applying the law of salvage on their miner drones' jettison cans. Con'Mal can surely pay them for not leaving.

Or perhaps run to josh's bookmarks, if there were just one of you.
Josh, im just angry at myself. I cant beleive I got kicked out of what I thought was an incredibly noobish corp (based on experience from other MMORPG games). Look up www.tdzk.net. EV are so much like "Lords Of Fear" in that game its astounding. 10 good players and 190 assorted hopeless helpers... surely you can understand the indignity involved in being actually kicked by such a corp :) Of course, I wasnt the hopless helper they were looking for :( ------- Skill points.
