Navy Ravens have been on the offer table forever. The only thing different now is that you don't have to be annoyed with useless offers while you run missions. Pre-patch I'd been offered CNRs 3 times I believe, one exactly the same as what the store offers (with the Nexus chip).
Again, only difference is the ANNOYANCE of going through offers, emails, clicking a couple of buttons, rejecting offers. Nothing more, nothing less.

Difference: Caldari AZ-1 Nexus chip
Easily attainable now instead of buyorders for 150 mil and no sellers.
This chip was required before. How will this change now?

This chip was required before the patch. Again, how does this change the situation now?
