What have m0o taken over? I must have missed this  . They are definitely taking over the forums by the looks of it.
Not sure about this whole cowards thing either...from what I've seen they stick around until they are losing then leave - makes sense to me, I'm not in favour of blaze of glory/going down with the ship (unless you have uber funds and then what the hell  )
I'd rather retreat, learn from my mistakes, then kill the pirate scum the next time I see them - 'give em a short drop and a sharp stop'.

Actually you havent spent much time there yourself, most of it was spent logged off in TeamSpeak at a safe spot with the rest of your comrades until you decided it was safe enough to tip your heads up. Pull the other leg..this ones about had it listening to the platitudes of some of the m0o corp.
very gallent of m0o, but be under no illusions EVE, m0o are never realistically outnumbered, they only pop their heads up from TeamSpeak when its safe to come out and go on a rampage against the odd defender or few.
We gave them an opportunity to come out fighting tonight, and they stayed away all night..instead they called up some of their ganking allies to come help dig them of the hole we had them in at YZ-LQL, but they were intercepted by some glorious folk in O.R.S (they know who they are :) )
Its like that other post above that mentions how m0o are so successful, its easily done when your the attacking force and have nothing better to do only choose the battles you fight, which isn't a bad thing after all. But some of m0o making this whole thing out to be some sort of threatrical heroism on their part with posts saying "blah blah outnumbered" just really isnt true, because if it was you would be licking your wounds on your way home tonight.

yeah right, so anyway your guys had 15 ships vs 35 of ours, what did they do fight? or logoff?
Nobody fights against stupid odds and nobodies fleets are on 24/7.
Its not big to harp on about it all the time, its just sensible. Infact people would probably think worse if people DID fight against stupid odds and then got pasted. I for one have started to get lured into the smacky smacky talky talky by certain annoying elements. Lets just take it down a peg and everyone chill and have fun...

Seems to me this is at a point were everybody displays the same kind of reasoning - and calling the other side fools for acting exactly the same way they themselves do.
Odds arethat the core. Remember it's about quantity AND quality.
If I commanded an FA strike force I would never take 1 to 1 odds against m0o (and I would be pretty ****ed if I had to). It's common sense having seen first hand how much time they are online (I would take experince over isk any day). There is no way it makes sense trying to match them 1 on 1. So FA does was prudence demands - mobilize enough ships (albeit pretty slow) to give them "good odds" in their own mind.
m0o are not fools either and odds considered to be "safe" by FA obviously isnt considered the best force to face. Nobody want to just toss their battleships away because somebody taunts them in local or on the forums.
Remember this in the coming days were I predict you'll see both sides *still* complaining the other side "wont fight".

Dont know this first hand since I heard this from an ingame friend who is in a Corp that is in FA.
M0o was contacted by CEO¦s of 2 FA Corps and they asked m0o to clean out Fountain because they want the rare Ore for them selfs, m0o accepted the deal and is currantly working in clearing all FA members out.
After everyone has been kicked out those 2 Corps will come back and join FE and harvest Fountain¦s ore.
I did not want to think of this as the truth but then it was pointed out to me that certain FA Corps have not sent in many members to protect the region so I am wondering, but I guess only time will tell.

... Well, for **** and giggles, i'll try to put the grassy knoll atop of that one, or something:
* that theory is a result of m0o spreading rumours to get the FA argue with one another and start witch hunts within their ranks, thus weakening the alliance and making m0o's work easier.
or, even better:
* it's not FA corps who hired m0o, but SA who currently have little of valuable ore themselves. So, SA is currently cooperating with Evolution fighting the CA on the eastern front, keeping Evol and core FA forces too busy to come back to help whoever is left on FA grounds in the west, while m0o is cleaning the area for the SA corps to take over...
(okay, laughing too hard now to think of anything more complicated :s
