OMFGWASAAD! This is the very definition of boredom.
If spatial awareness in folding paper is IQ fine but it sure as hell isn't a good way to tell intelligence, CCP says so.
Also it's culturally biased.
I made it to 20 before I begun contemplating suicide, how about you?

IQ is only an accurate mark of intelligence up to the stage when you get into specialized fields of study.
Anyone intelligent already figured out why, but just to be clear on this an IQ test can't be accurate. Everyone is good in certain fields (be it language or mathematics) and those tests do the average of the scores you get in those different fields thus anyone for whom english is a second language is immediately penalized from the start.
If you want a more accurate basis of comparison then make a thread such as this and observe the number of people that will do it/number of people that will remind you that it's innacurate against the number of flamers/trolls

Seriously though, I never understood how they can base your intelligence on a series of questions.
Like the rorschach test (ink blot) How can you judge ones mental condition based on black ink thrown on white paper? Yet, when you try to point this fact out, it's supposed mean something... I always told my Psychologist I saw various animals in sexual positions, and that I was disturbed that she would show me beastiality **** as an attempt to help me get over childhood problems.....
I suck at tests. Even if the test asked what color my hair was I'd probably fail.  Then again, I can't really tell what color my hair is.. it reminds me of a recees cup. MmmmMmm Peanut butter and chocolate.

Hilariously I managed to get 142 in the American English wordy one. IQ scores are pretty meaningless really, although the tests can be a laugh. On the culturally-neutral one I got bored halfway through and started answering randomly - I still managed a 120...

I have had my IQ tested about 10 times and have recorded scores ranging between 110 and 140.
Conclusion?
They suck.

Instead of looking at the scores look at what questions you got right the most and found the easiest. Its probably better at testing what you are smart in than how smart you are.

I've done the equivalent of SATs for a friend who just could make the grades who have have since gone on to study national economics. Studies he would not have gotten into without my help, a field in which I'd be lost due to lack of interest and willingness to conform. I did however learn to master how to take the test, now who is more intelligent, the chicken or the egg?
I wouldn't be caught dead wasting my time on these types of tests as they as most tests with one correct answer is geared towards finding out how similar you are to the testers.

I got 147 for the ultimate IQ test and 150 on that verbal one...which proves I'm very good at IQ test. Not sure what else it actually says about me though.
If intelligence = IQ in EVE, whats everyones eve IQ? Mine is only 12 (without implants that is)

That just means it's a rubbish test. Take the official MENSA one if you want to know how good you are at passing IQ tests; it still won't tell you much about if you're actually smart or not, though.
Like the guy said above, an IQ of over 190 is not much use if you have an EQ of close to nothing.

10-15 bottles of beer later (I think, kind of lost count a while ago) and some 132 points in the iq-test. Not quite satisfied but what the heck.. **** happens!
those unfolded shapes were waaay boring, didn't have the stamina to explore them right now!

Whats really cute is they will ask you to join their society. Cheapest price, iirc, was 60 bucks. American.
All I have to say to that is: "I just took a test that showed I had a good IQ - and you want me to spend 60 bucks?"
Methinks that society application is the last question of the test :p
If you really want a mind-fuk, look at the ultra-high-whatever IQ test. I could only probably solve a third of those - those are HARD.
