As much as you want to say the way the others went down was legit or not. the perception and really the general feeling is that you killed a titan through devious means. Killing a titan without the pilot even being able to defend himself wheather you think you can't kill him or not is no excuse to use those methods. You can give me whatever hoax's pokeus you want to try and justify the method it won't change the perception of it. Wheather you want credit for the other kills or not this one will get credit cause it was done in such a way that it is not given the appearance of deviousness. They killed the Titan on the field of battle, patch or no patch something you cannot claim yet. Unfortunately you will never get the respect or props for killing the first titan for the simple fact of how you killed them.

The last two titan kills didn't get petitioned, and those titans' pilots weren't even online. Not a chance that this one will be reimbursed. It was a legitimate fight and the lag was not particularly harsh compared to many fights we have had in the past. Lag affects all players equally, so this whole notion of "goons aim to create lag" is completely backwards. We hate lag just as much as BoB pilots do, but we can't help the fact that we simply have much greater numbers than them and thus inevitably will cause more lag than they do. We had a squad of bombers patrolling out to 9-9 when lady scarlet told us to get to the next system ASAP. Didnt even know what was going on till we jumped in. It must have happened fast as I didnt see anything in intel channel, we tried to help in our small bombers but in the end I think only one made it back. BTW bombs and navy ammo screw up KM's :)
