Hopefully this will relegate Titans to appropriate roll of massive fleet asset rather than one man fleet. Shrike didn't have any support fleet to speak of when we warped in on him. He was bubbled before the support fleet trickling through the 9-9-->46DP gate posed any threat to our dictors.

Before the fighter spam, things were smooth. Pretty neat, undocking my first dictor, jumping into 46dp, and dropping the second bubble on shrike. ~Goonfleet: 3000 brain damaged cats and five guys with laser pointers~

The Titan should NEVER have been able to DD then insta jump to safety. Nor should it have been able to Remote DD. they were just stupid from the start. Be excited sure, but dont discredit other kills on Titan just to make yours seem like the best one. I am not one to post on the forums but I will say this. As much as you want to say the way the others went down was legit or not. the perception and really the general feeling is that you killed a titan through devious means. Killing a titan without the pilot even being able to defend himself wheather you think you can't kill him or not is no excuse to use those methods. You can give me whatever hoax's pokeus you want to try and justify the method it won't change the perception of it. Wheather you want credit for the other kills or not this one will get credit cause it was done in such a way that it is not given the appearance of deviousness. They killed the Titan on the field of battle, patch or no patch something you cannot claim yet. Unfortunately you will never get the respect or props for killing the first titan for the simple fact of how you killed them. Well, since someone else is making some RL marine analogies or something, maybe I can get away with one. The other two titan kills were the equivalent of some guy being at a party and finding a girl passed out drunk in the coat room. Since he's had zero luck getting any leg all night, he does his thing and then goes and brags to his mates that he finally just got laid. This titan kill is more like a still sober female in a bar playing coy, but then finally bending over in a back room and taking it like a champ. The conquering hero then goes and has a beer with his mates to celebrate the fine occasion. It could be sort of funny and yet disturbing if you look at it in that light.

We had about 200 ships between both sides during the fight. I had time to die twice and come back twice more and still get shots fired before it died. Standard dely was about 10-30 seconds, which again is pretty typical for a fleet battle. 2)LAAAAAAAGSPLOITING GOONS -> Does anyone really believe we intentionally lag? When you put out an anouncement that we're about to kill a titan, don't be surprised when we have a huge turnout. We feared the lag because any delay would've allowed the titan to warp out.
