Before the update I had a setup that would fit all prepared. The only thing holding me back was tech II guns which will be finished tommarrow. Now that I look at it from the new patch stand point I don't think it will fit.
Are their any suggestions for a good pve setup with some gang action?
4 medium pulse II with scortch
1 mn ab II
1 small armor repairer II Energized adaptive nano membrane II Energized thermic membrane II capictor power relay II overdrive injector system II
That was my setup before the patch but something tells me I won't be able to fit this with the new patch. So is their anything I could change to improve this setup?

Try dropping the EANM II for a 'refuge' ANM or something, you won't get all that on cpu wise I don't think.

I am using the following: (against sanshas, switch hardener / energized plate accordingly)
4x medium beam laser II
1x 1MN AB II
1x Small armor repairer II 1x Hardener (good named, primary npc damage type) 1x energized resistance plate (good named, secondary npc damage type) 1x capacitor power relay (good named is sufficient) 1x power diagnostic system (good named)
kill the frigates and destroyers from the warp in point, switch to short range / high damage crystals, set orbit to the large ones and fire away. you only need to perma rep if there are many small ones, which will pop in two or three volleys in the worst case, thanks to the small sig and high resist you can burst the repper against anything bigger than cruiser. bursting the repper makes you capstable, even with multifrequ.
