Are you running it with the .bat, or did you accidentally make a shortcut to the .exe?

Spaces missing from Pilk's post put them into my txt file then did the dat conversion and het presto back in eve
i dont know what you changed but that 1 isnt working, even less than pilk's 1. with yours i dont get a load screen i just get the same screen as with cmd and then within the sec it disapears

yea, it does. they both store info on same location and thats the problem
they atleast should have given us some warning or something about this.

done that doesnt work, and i guess it doesnt work for him. as we both have the same problem with the .bat
(tried the thing you said above and im admin on this comp, so it should work:S)

Please check to make sure this is an exact description of your problem: You activate the .bat, either by double-clicking it, or a shortcut to it. A box with a black background and white text appears for a few moments, then disappears. The splash screen appears, then goes away. If you check task manager (CTRL-ALT-DELETE), exactly one copy of Exefile.exe is listed under your processes tab, but nothing is popping up a window for you to enter your login details.
Is that accurate? --P
yes thats 100% correct
