i have no idea how to use that ship since it's got crappy drone bay try a mix of setups with a friend, usualy works 4 me

As lame as those jokes normally are, I still lol'd.
To the Op, I've seen one in PvP once (not counting the tourny), he had a ganksquad backing him, and no real risk to lose it though.

I think that with damps and good web it could be cool - damage mods in lows, maybe speed or a bit of a tank... don't have quickfit atm.

Wish I could say I've actually seen one in action but I've only heard stories about them. Usually sounds like this... "and we killed whatshisface's Bhaalgorn" or "dudes killed whatshisface's Bhaalgorn"
I imagine they are somr fancy ships to have in big gank gangs but at that point, noone would even notice it other than it's fellow gang members. It might get noticed after the fight as the victim is looking over the kill mail.
Against multiple ships, it starts getting harder to be noticed. I was fighting 2 BS's once when a 3rd BS warped in... Even though I had locked the 3rd BS, I still never noticed that it was not a BS but a carrier till after I killed the first BS and started on the second. The moment I noticed the 3rd ship was a carrier, he was entering warp.
At that rate, I think the bhaalgorn is best used for sitting outside jita 4-4 docking ramp. People notice how nice your uber looking ship looks when the're smashing thier fist on the keyboard scraming violently "Get out of the --bleep-- way you --bleep bleep bleep bleep-- piece of bleep!!!!"

The Bhaalgorn is an awesome ship used in gorups. The only problem is as others have said is fitting. You fit a twin rep tank, injector, propulsion mod, 4 heavy nos and the usual stuff and u have sod all fitting left to put anything else in the other 4 highs

Autocannons, Nos, Domi Webs, and a multirep tank is win.
One of the few BSes ingame that can take on 3 BSes an win...eventually. Damage is crap.
The Bhaalgorn should be named Scorpion tbh, since that is how it fights.

I've seen this baby in action. Nasty piece of work, yes yes. Ofcourse as it's a faction ship it's one of those "fit full faction or die" type of ships, but my GOD it rocks!
Tried taking this baby on in a 5 battleship gang, but the pilot we were up against knew what he was doing and killed 3 of us.
Seriously, I think this baby can be one of the most deadly faction ships. It's not about ganking, but enduring just about anything you throw at it, and in addition those nasty bonuses relly suck your cap with some faction/officer NOS's and webbers.
Never want to see one again, except in my hangar.

DarkElf... dunno if you remember me from the A-I-L days of yore, (it was a brief stint right before I quit for the first time)... but I've taken a liking to the Sansha ships (more for looks than anything else) and I remember you use to fly a Nightmare... do you still? If so, how do you fit that out?

With 5 mids and dual webs you should be able to totally dictate range.
I'd love to see one of these nano fit.
High Grade Snakes, PolyCarbs, etc etc etc.
Dunno if it would work but it would be fun to try.

Not much point going for a Nano Bhaal over a Nano Mach, nano mach gets nearly double base speed, and can fit 4 heavy nos + 4 siege, although, the Bhaal does get a nice advantage from the fact it can suck a lot more, but I doubt it can go that fast, maybe 6k/s max?
