Yet Another CAOD-Inspired 1-Man Alt Corp

TENEFERIS. Blacklight, a high-ranking official of the Band of Brothers, declared that he was resigning from all official duties in the alliance and would play a much less active role in the game. The report came just days after the catastrophic loss of Shrike's titan in a battle against Goonfleet and Red Alliance forces.
In the days following the unprecedented BoB loss, reports of negligence and egregious pilot error involved in the titan debacle sparked widespread speculation over the identity of the individual actually flying Shrike's titan. Just hours before Blacklight's otherwise spontaneous resignation, centers of Eve news and gossip were buzzing about the possibility that someone in BoB would be fired.
According to one source close to Black Nova high command, "It was inevitable that someone would have to take the fall for the titan loss. Blacklight was that person. Like Cyvok before him, his resignation only cited a lost love of the game and a desire to spend more time with his family. The synchronicity of events is astonishing. There is no other explanation."
Skeptics charge there is no evidence that the two are related, but admit that there is no evidence to the contrary, either.
The news comes in the wake of the first "legitimate" kill of a titan in Eve, an event which consumed the attention of 0.0 insiders but was overshadowed by some kind of Caldari rebellion or something in the general press.
Before the loss of his prized ship and implants, SirMolle had reiterated his policy of removing all Goons from 0.0 space, insisting, "We will not be intimidated by a bunch of n00bs in T1 dreadnoughts."

I started to recieve better pay, get more personal goal stuff done and found an awesome woman spend my time with.
It's been all that and bag of chips with magaritas on the beach. All of which was the result of me deactivating my corporation and taking time off to enjoy some real life.
It's SUMMER! Set some long skill training goals ... then get out of the POD and get some sun!

I do have to say though that it speaks volumes about the state of CAOD and about the shining light that SHC is amongst the Eve community that I choose to make the announcement here rather than on CCP's own forums.
Anyway, I'm off, don't know if or when I'll be back or in what capacity I'll be back if I do return, it could be a few months, could be a year or it could be never.
Thanks to all my friends, corp mates, allies and enemies for some fun times and a great gaming experience. I hope you all continue to have a blast in game (literally) and that both sides of the current epic conflict continue to have fun beating the snot out of each other for a long time yet!
