Ok, here is my what-I-like list, so a list of minmatar ships mostly, not what is actually pwnage.  ( Got 3 Minnies, like my 1st main, this is it not ^^ )
1. Frig - Rifter - Although I don't fly it anymore. But it was my first wife in EVE.
2. Inty - Stiletto - for nostalgical reasons. I've used it a lot. Enjoyed the crow also though, maybe should put that 1st ? Not sure.
3. AF - Jaguar - never tried anything else, except the wolf
4. Cov op - Cheetah - Agile and fast. Good for scouting, although I use a Bzzard for probing.
5. Bomber - Hound maybe now ? - I have only flown the caldari thing, forgotten the name aldready. Was a camper toy and traveling a pain, so I stopped flying it.
6. Destroyer - Thrasher. Haven't flown it for a long time, but once I had artilleries on it and almost pwn'ed a sabre in one volley, but then it warped before the second salve. Think it was before the hp changes
7. Dictor - Sabre - Only thing I can fly and no reason to train for another for obvious reasons
8. Cruiser - Rupture - although stabber is cool too, because it's the mini-vaga
9. HAC - Vagabond - always wanted it, have it now, don't use it.
10. Recon - Huggin is quite cool, gonna try the Curse though with my alt.
11. BC - Cyclone - Just for the style. I only fly hurricane now, it looks great too, but one day I looked back, thought about the old lvl.3 mission times, the strange look of the Cyclone and thought, the Cyclone is a beautiful ship.
12. command ship - Sleipnir - want it, but can't fly it yet. My Gallente CEO has cross-trained for it and loves it, so I as a minmatar I like it surely too.  And yes, I like the Cyclone hull ofc.
13. BS - Tempest - Don't know, why I love it. Maybe because I have always flown it and most of the kills I made were done with it.
Special price goes to the nanophoon, because it combined the freedom of flying a ceptor with battleship power and bumpage power. I once died trying to solo 4 ravens simultanously and made a mistake, but it was cool and the Nanophoon gave me my true solo-1-char-obelisk kill in Curse. Something I'm not gonna get again, I'm sure.
14. Carrier - Thanatos is cool.
15. Dread - Naglfar - Cool looking piece of minmatar trash with bad weaponry. Love it.
16. MS - Hel - It looks cool.
*edit* Uhm, just noticed, how often I've used the word 'cool' but well, with all that Minmatar stuff mentioned not surprising. ^^

1. Frig - Punisher
2. Inty - Crusader
3. AF - None, really can't find anything to do in a AF that an Inty or a normal Frig can't do as well.
4. Cov op - Never flown them
5. Bomber - Never flown them
6. Destroyer - Just say NO to destroyers in small scale PVP.
7. Dictor - Never flown them
8. Cruiser - Either arbitrator or maller, currently I'm using the maller a bit more.
9. HAC - None, really can't find anything to do in a HAC that a BC can't do as well. (Minny HACs may be an exception but I don't fly Minny yet)
10. Recon - Curse / Pilgrim
11. BC - Harbinger
12a. Command fleet - Never flown them
12b. command field - Never flown them
13. BS - Armageddon
14. Carrier - Archon (when I get the skills and ISK to be able to fly one that is)
15. Dread - Never flown them
16. MS - Never flown them

1. Frig: kestrel, great little boat
2. Inty: crow
3. AF: jaguar
4. Cov op: buzzard (good with probes)
5. Bomber: manticore
6. Destroyer: thrasher (280's = fear)
7. Dictor: flycatcher, i like all the launcher slots, good when you are going fast
8. Cruiser: moa, hooray for best cruiser tank, or rupture for all-roundedness
9. HAC: eagle (mostly for nostalgia)
10. Recon: huginn
11. BC: hurricane
12a. Command fleet: vulture
12b. command field: nighthawk great for npcing
13. BS: rokh (caldari's long awaited gang sniper turned small gang pvp dps monster)
14. Carrier: thantos i guess
15. Dread: phoenix (as has been pointed out, when webbed lots this ship _hurts_)
16. MS nyx - its the only one ive seen in the flesh
