Same problem here, Tisacli too.
Will call them tomorrow and shout at them a bit. Even if it does nothing for my eve playing ability, it will at least make me feel good.

In case you don't know, Tiscali run 2 forms of bandwidth management.
One is Traffic Shaping, where they throttle your connection speed. Tyr to watch youtube video's during the evening and you'll prolly get bored of waiting for an hour for a 3 min clip.
The second, and the one that I think we're running into here, is blocking of P2P applications like Limewire, Azuereous, etc during prime time hours of 6PM and 12PM.
Somehow the packets EVE are sending are getting flagged and discarded, hence the pings / tracerts being ok, but not actually being able to connect.
It's 23.55 now, and if eveonline works in 5 mins, then I guess I'm right.

I suggest all Tisacli users complain on the forums:

Stating that they are unable to log on to EVE during the hours P2P services are throttled.
For me, it started 25th June, around 7PM.
If enough of us do it, they might pay attention.

Was online this afternoon, but seems I can't get on now. Thankfully, I didn't plan on being able to log on, so won't loose training time... lost 8 hours yesterday, more if I hadn't stayed up until late. Not happy with that at all.

Meh, two days. Thank god I set a long battleship skill training heh. Ah well, guess I can always play WoW til it's fixed. Just hope there's no patch today, because, yep, Tiscali blocks the official WoW patcher

EveMon now shows server as online, which it didn't before. However, I now get a permanent checking status rather that status: unknown
Still unable to connect during prime time, which blows.
