MAybe this isn't the right forum buti don't know where to post it. I also hope someone else has noticed the problem at hand.
Mining lasers mine in cycles. Everthing is good and frood but this: i should get aproximately 94 m3 worth of ore per minute per laser. Now when i mine veld or scord or any other low ore there's normally no problem. But with all the higher ores the mining "extra amount" goes to hell. I get 80 m3 worth of bistot(5) per minute instead of 94 (5.9 bistot). Why the hell do we have to train skills mining and astrogeology both up to 5 for DCM if we only get 1!!! merc out of DCML per minute instead of 1.5??? I didn't train mining skills for 2 months so that i could mine only lower ores efficiently ffs. If u cant give us x.xx ore amount per cycle, then pls do something about cycles. Make diferent cycles for diferent ores or something (so that one mercoxite cylce is 40 secs or 1 bistot cycle is 50 secs and so on). This sucks big time and I KNOW U(CCP) CAN REMEDY THE SITUATION SO PLEASE DO SO!

Yes but i don't think that was the point. There's a differnece between a 0.1m3 ore and 16m3 ore. Isn't that difficult enough? now we should get our amounts halved as well for DCM because of this bug?

and if mining is continous then the cycles shouldnt be a problem. SO then if an ore with 100 amount comes out, then u aren't able to mine it or what? Like no thanks for that kind of mining.

i'm not asknig for anything. I'm simply stating that it took me 2 goddamn months to train the skills to mine eficiently. It is clearly stated in the info tab of miner 2's that i get 93.75 ore units per cylce. And i don't. And that's crap and that's not fair or legal from CCP. I never get 93.75 units from mining bistot or gneiss or arkonor OR mercoxit for that matter. I'm throwing my time away and giving it of real life here. I trained those ******* (excuse my language) skills so long so that i could mine faster. I WAS TOLD IN THE SKILL DESCRIPTION THAT I WOULD MINE FASTER. NOW WHY DONT I MINE FASTER GODDAMN IT? WHy do i mine bistot as fast as someone who took one week or less to train mining skills huh?
Damn if this thing's not corrected then i'm through with EVE-online. There are enough bugs as it is and if CCP cant make ppl play the game longer because of attraction rather then screwing ppl of their in-game in real world money then i'm thorugh with it. Hell today time is money; that's why i trained those skills for so long. WHat the hell is the matter with u? I'm trying to prosper inside EVE as well as everybody else and if i pput so much worth of time into something i want to see some results. And now ppl tell that no, i can't have it sorry. Well then i quit playing EVE the moment it's clear CCp doeasn't give **** for players.

Mr. Krap tell me:
If I can't get a .8 or .4 of ore like u state then why is it stated in miner info tab that i have 93.75 amount per cycle? tell me that? is a .75 not a deciaml? huh?
What is one ore amount? Obviously it depends from ore to ore but for the highest ores it says that 1 unit is 16 ore amounts (crude language but it suffices). Now I get those 93.75 amounts per minute (the miner tab states so). If i get 93.75 m3 in the first minute, that's 5 bistot for example and i'm left with 13.75 ore amounts. Now in the first few seconds of teh second minute i mine surely another 2.25 in addition to 91.5 following thorugh the rest of the minute. So u're saying that all those bits dont count? Well i don't see bits and pieces of roids going into the air at the end of the minute that would say that i lost my amount of 13.75 m3 (that would be a dazzling visual effect). The asteroid isn't getting too thin when i mine it (which means that i mine exactly 80 units from it a minute) SO WHERE DID MY 13.75 M3 PER MINUTE GO? straight to hell and into the pockets of CCP cause it takes all miners longer to mine and must therefore pay for more playing time. And i'm not willing to pay for it anymore. There are simply too many bugs, too many game exploits, a lot of work not being done there although it's being paid and a lot of time and nerves is left in the game that i could have spent otherwise. So don't give me the bistot is 16 and u cant get more crap. I mine more than that, i trained for and i paid for it. Now give me what is mine!

REx tell me...why would any person go calculate something that is taken for granted every step of the way? Some time ago there was a fuss cause people had xx.xx mining amount and got mining worth of only xx.00. CCp fixed that by you mining more (and axactly the right amount)at random times (this goes for veld).

Nowhere it was stated that yes i get the 93.75 amount per minute BUT if the ore is 16 units then well sorry u dont get the rest of your worth.
I believe it was a mistake and i'm trying to get ccp's attention to it to tell me whether IT WAS A MISTAKE or it wasn't.
If it wasn't then u won't be seeing me again inside the game and i will give everything i have to the first lucky person that i come across. right before i unsubscribe the game.It's time to train some RL skills(studies and martial arts training for example) that i have neglected for 2 long and think that had i given them as much chance as i gave EVE than i would have been a state champion a second year in a row.

dracula i concur but u're opinio is based on 1 presumption that u mine at equdistant intervals of time when u get the ore.
Bear with me just a moment more:
If u mine veldspar for example for 45 secs, u get 45 secs worth of veld if for 50 secs then worth of 50 and so on. if 5982secs then 5982 secs of ore worth. Same goes with scord at least according to my calculator. Now why doesn't it work the same way with high-end ores? Are ppl who trained the skills thoroughly and ppl who mine from sun-up to sundown getting 2 rich and isCCP trying to get even with other players? Well i'm sorry. Everyone could go mine and be rich had they wanted. But no, one has to be kind to all manners of beings including pirates. Strange creatures that. They always take what they want and when they can't take it they whine that it's not fair and they shoul be allowed to try and take it once more.
Now a miner goes through all skills fair and square, leaves his poo in the belt which includes 15 hrs of electricity per day and i can't whine about miner right's?
FFS ppl?!

I don't agree with it.
I spent a lot of time to get to the point where i get 93.75 units per minute. thats 9375 ore units per 100 minutes ok? Now that's 585 bistot units not 500 to me and it was never and NOWHERE stated that at the end of the minute i can see the rest of it say goodbye. NEVER. Now either should that be stated somewhere so that ppl do not get screwed for training for so long or miners should actually get the amount promised.

Now yeah u've convinced me.
I'm not gonna spend any more time inside EVE than necessary. It's moeny consuming( which i can baer) and time consuming (which i cant bear). Untill this game is up and running as it should (coz obvoiusly i must wait for better miners and bug solutions) i'm quiting the game for more than skill training. If any1 wants some equipment he can come get it at GEHI station. I am giving 2 BSs, 3 cruisers and a whole load of frigs. Want to meet me? GEHI system, u have 1 hour to look for me.

I realized that the truth in the game doesn't matter:) RL matters to me, my family and my friends and to my loved one. That's why i decided to quit being active in the game for now, thanks to u. I'll go grab the RL options i've been given.
I decided ,that EVE reality isn't real enough for me to live it for too long. THat's why i quit. It would have torn me in the long run Krap. Same as drugs: am i weak cause i realize the truth that i can become addicted and so i don't use drugs? Or is it actually normal to give something that in life doesn't really matter away, so that you improve life-style? I think no.
I'm giving EVE away so that maybe someday at least for me part of the dream of EVE can be realized.

No it's about much more than losing bistot. I don't give my brother's pants for bistot.
I do care about my free time and what i do with the time that is given to me as i have clearly stated before. Therefore I am not gonna mine any furhter at present (i've given myslef a 7 month leave). Therefore i don't need any equipment but my basic frig, cause i still wanna explore EVE some from time to time.
All in all, what i do with manira is up to me and although she has perfect mining skills atm, i believe she won't be using them ever again. (ever as in 7 montsh surely and later we'll see)
And that's it.
I like to play games, I like EVE and i wanna explore it and see it evolve BUT not in such an extent that it hurts RL.
I will bo travelling around,go see some sights if there are any left and then maybe during summer holidays i'll be back in actively.
Now i don't care if u agree with me or not. I never actually asked for an opinion about my doings inside or outside game. So butt out.
I'm off to Hawai (i hope i spellt it correctly) with my girlfriend for a week:) I LOVE RL!!
