The BPO has been researched to PE 10 for a quicker production. The monthly production in a POS is about 350 units

They still sell for 15m so I'd imagine pretty big for the moment.
Edit: Although 75b does seem a bit steep.

build costs of approx 1,8m on current mineral prices....
sell for approx 13m in jita.......
350 (in POS) x 11,2 =400m +/- monthly profit....yearly 4,7b....1,5 years around 7b....

Assuming priced don't drop any more, the profit with the research on the BPO in a station is: 2,529,952,167 Isk per month. Or about 30 Bill Isk a year.

I think it would be safe to assume that prices will eventually fall below the 5m mark, and quite probably even further than that.
Since the patch, they take far longer to build (at least from invented BPCs), so prices might rise in the short term. It's a good time to be selling this BPO.

Ah but pre patch a max run bpc took 4-5 days ish. after patch I can do 30 max run in about the same time. Also the invention time dropped from 9 hrs ish, to 2.5 hours. So *shrugs*. Personally I think the market might get flooded. So I am inventing and building as fast as I can. My bet is it will settle around the 5 mil mark.
That said, if I had the money available, I would meet your minimum bid. So good luck on selling the MSM 2 BPO.
