Ok this is my R&D Agent:
Harroken Shinunula
Isaziwa X-Moon 3 - Lai Dai Corporation Factory
Lvl 3, Quality 18, Effective quality 18 (has not changed despite of standing or skill rais)
Electronic Engineering lvl3
Research rate: 42.48 RP/day
I have:
Electronic Eng lvl 3
Connections lvl 2
Negotiations lvl 1
Social Lvl 3
My corp standing is 4.21
My faction standing is 6.22
Why in the world am I not getting more RP per day? And why does the Effective quality raise with corpstanding and skill training?
Anyone got any idea n what Im doing wrong?

That seems about right. You aren't getting x2 or x4 bonus like you would if you were researching weapons tech (x2) or starship tech (x4). Those numbers look right to me.

I'm using the exact same agent for rocket science.
Effective quality is 34 with negotiation/connections 3, rocket science is at lvl 2 and my standings are as follows; corp: 3.08, agent 1.20 and faction: 6.44.
Currently getting 33.5 rp a day.
I really have no idea if thats low for the skills/standings I have, but I thought you might find this info usefull.

That could be the problem, did not know other skills had the 2x and 4x bonus.
But this also affects my other agents, the Effective quality never raises, no matter my skills or standing. I hear of ppl having agents with 40+ effective standing. But My agents never change.

Shortly after my last post my agents quality was fixed  Thanx to whoever fixed it

That's about right, I get 35 RP a day for my lvl 3 lai dai agent. Don't be too worried about it because everybody in your field is probably experiencing the same RP gain you are (or something close to it).

Negotiation Skill will increase Agent EQ by +5 per lv..
Thats how people are getting EQ to 40+ with their agents.

Changes to the skill level and negotiations skill changes the rp/day automatically. Once you train higher with you R&D skill your rp/day increases higher than if you did your negotiation skill.
