Hello,
This is the character for sale. She has a positive wallet balance (2,000 isk). She will be in newbie corp located in empire space by the time the auction completes.
Assets Included: fitted Helios Covert Ops ship including T2 Covert Ops Cloak and recon probe launcher (20 snoops/fathoms in the cargo)

Clean corp history, unknown/known as an alt. 0.0 sec status. no kill rights. Absolutely no standings with anyone or any corp/faction except "Giel Pimmere" the newbie agent. Skipped the tutorial and went straight to a station in 0.0, and trained skills.

this is an Alt I started a few months ago that i've been training towards cov ops, probing and such, with the intention of getting into more combat training or b-lining for a carrier while serving a useful purpose as scout.
She can fly and comes with a fitted Helios with T2 cov ops cloak and recon probe launcher. She has just over 4 mil sp, a good chunk of that (800k or so) in drones due to character select choices, about the same amount (750k or so) in Learning, 4/4 in all stats but charisma (3 hours for adv willpower 4 to complete) so she has the bulk of the learning stat advantages but isn't a "4mil sp char, but 2 mil of that is in learning" character or anything (which is both good and bad).
the ineve site is a little delayed. She has Cloaking IV/Covert Ops IV so has room to fit stuff on the helios, also has Drone Navigation V, Scout Drone Operation V, Drones V, Electronics V, Engineering V, Electronics Upgrades V, Mechanic V, Hull Upgrades IV and Gallente Frigate V. She will have Navigation IV/Afterburner IV/Highspeed Maneuvering I(for the mwd), adv will IV, and a few other skills leveled up by the time this auction completes.
She can also pilot an Itty 3 for hauling stuff (10.5k m3) and can pilot a Catalyst (destroyer) with both salvagers and tractor beams, Has a set of +2 implants except Charisma plugged in, same as the learning skills, wanted her to get useful fast but not at the expense of too much time/isk. Kind of a goal oriented alt, wanted her to be able to do things that I needed and be useful without constantly having to worry about skills to get better at it.

thank you for your interest. I have received your buyout offer in game and am currently considering it, it is close to what I had in mind but not quite enough to end the auction immediately. If I do receive a buyout offer here or in game that I cannot refuse I will certainly accept it and arrange the transfer as soon as is convenient between both parties (I have no eve access at work for example).
