Edited by: Ting Tong on 27/06/2007 11:11:09 So, I accept the Baracade mission from my L2 Agent, no big deal, just another mission. I warp to the Bookmark and start shooting the Targets in my Rifter. It is while doing this mission my mind starts drifting, it was quite tediouse.
I remembered a couple of weeks ago my girlfriend telling my she was going round her friends house and would be back in a few hours, when she does come back she is a bit drunk and very happy, smiling and giggling, but not really wanting to talk, she just has a bath and goes to bed.
A couple of days later she said she goes straight to the pub after work, but she comes in at 10:30pm and is sober not even the smell of smoke or alchole on her breath. But I do get a wiff of something I am sure was aftershave, she just said it msut be her new perfume and she quickly dissapears upstairs and gets changed out of her rather short skirt and blouse into her jogsuit. (I am sure she left for work in her more formal trouser suit, I could have been wrong though)
Last week, she came back in late, I noted she had walked in to our home from around the corner, but she said she had been dropped off by car, she refused to say why her friend hadn't stopped out the front of our house, but hey, who am I to ask. She started getting aggressive too about why I was asking all these questions!
I noticed recently also, that she had been recieving more calls on her phone and a lot more text messages too which she couldn't or wouldn't say who they were from, just her 'new' friend!? So when she was next out of the room, I took a quick look at her messages and recevied/sent calls, most of them are from someone called Sam?
I am now worried about who exactly she is seeing most evenings and why she has started wearing new perfume n stuff. She comes back into the room and I ask her about her phone, she goes ballistic at me, saying to never look at her phone or touch her stuff again...
It was while I was wondering exactly what she is doing that I realised my Rifter was deep into armour and the mission rats were not going down fast enough....I lost my ship
So my question is, should I train Destroyers up to do L2 missions or Cruisers...which would be most effective?

dump her!
oh wait, u wanted to know something else...
imo cruiser, destroyer can get problems tanking an entire spawn (blockade comes to my mind) then again with good skills and a _Thrasher_ u deal out quite some dmg pretty quick. hmm... prolly a matter of taste, but for the ease go cruiser

from previous expierence, get rid of the girlfriend she is cheating on you.
unless you plan on flying dictors in the future, skip the destroyers for now and get into a cruiser

There is no doubt whatsoever: she is cheating on you. The "new friend" part is a dead giveaway... love of my life mentioned a "new friend" once. Never really mentioned him by name, anytime she talked about him he was her "new friend". Immediately after that she started drifting away from me, and a month later she dumped me and was sleeping with him. Two years later, and she's still with him... I hear they're incredibly happy... meanwhile he's going to West Point, getting ready to run off and get himself killed... <ahem>... so maybe in a few years I'll have another chance. So yeah, destroyers definitely. It doesn't take long to train, and even after you move on to cruisers, destroyers make great salvaging ships.

Cut up all her clothes, delete all the information off her phone/PDA/computer, spray paint "I hope he was worth it" on the side of her car. It's called equality, if women can do it, so can we.
Oh and cruisers, definitely cruisers.

OMG... I had to laugh.
Otherwise, go for a cruiser, so your cruiser can meet my cruiser and we could make some baby cruisers. Or if we're lucky, the tech could mesh just right and we could have a battle cruiser.

In a Bar'a'cade, the most effective vehicle is usually the the taxi waiting outside.
And yes, dump her.

I'm not sure that I fully understand the problem.
Is she bugging you to get off the game when she gets home?

OT: ...I hade found out the guy with whome my gf cheated on me.I heard them coming so I ran out of the house and behind my car and kept low and then I noticed - I had rust mark on my fender.
The question is,what should I do?The rust looked very bad on my MB.
PS! I just had to add this to the topic :P.Sorry for offtopic.
And I trained destroyer first.Doesn't take long to train and will be useful eventually. At the moment I'm using it for salvaging - can't do without my Catalyst :P.

A most interesting post. Ting Tong. I have given this over to my expert friends in EVE. After a number of hours I recieved a reply: " Recommend Mr. Ting Tong Google his problems to a named search engine, whereby he may recieve some relief in his grief." I myself in my limited wisdom can only explain in a few humble words: Women are very complicated creatures, almost a complicated as EVE. Hope this helps.
